It helps a lot to manage our IT-devices. We use it in addition to Intune and they integrate quite well too.

Pros

It's easy to use and does the job that it's made of very well. The setup went really well with the good help of IDR professionals.

Cons

Nothing significant has come up yet. Maybe when manually importing devices and when they are later added to Intune, it would be great to merge these automatically in IDR.

Deployment was super fast and easy. We integrated login with Entra ID for convenience. IDR team is professional and reacts fast to questions etc.

Pros

Really good software for managing IT assets. Can be integrated with wholesellers, intune, manufacturer support, leasing companies etc. Offers great value and is cost-effective.

Cons

Search functionality can be improved. Search doesn't match all the fields found in IT assets so sometimes its harder to find the asset you are looking for.
