It’s difficult to track down the issue or understand what changed, which makes troubleshooting frustrating. Pros I like that Jirvus integrates seamlessly with all my Google Workspace tools. It streamlines my workflow by keeping everything connected—Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail all work together more efficiently. As part of this enhancement, we have added a new Gmail-related scope required by the library. Due to this change, Form Director may prompt you to reauthorize access the next time you use the add-on. No worries—this is a simple one-time step: Open the Form Director add-on from your Google Form. When prompted, click to authorize the requested permissions. Once authorized, proceed as usual—your setup will continue to work as expected. If you have configured the approval flow, you also need to authorize the approval service. It has saved us countless hours and made our processes infinitely easier. Love it! Pros Love being able to send automated responses from our forms with information specific to each individual. We use it for registration at our school and it's been a wonderful tool for us. Cons Nothing specific comes to mind. Occassionally we'll have a challenge or two, particularly if we're send responses based on a filter (i.e. if this response equals that, then they get this message, etc), but I think most of those issues have been user error on my part. It greatly improved the efficiency and organization of managing invoice payments, especially with its integration capabilities with Gmail and Google Sheets. This allowed me to streamline the process and achieve a 98% on-time payment rate. However, the initial setup of integrations was challenging, and I believe the addition of quick tutorial videos for each integration would make the learning curve much easier and the tool even more user-friendly. Pros What I like most about Form Director is how it significantly simplified my work in organizing all the invoices that arrived for payment at the same time. By using Form Director in conjunction with Gmail and Google Sheets, it streamlined the management of this entire process, increasing the on-time payment rate with my partners to 98%. I can resume my opinion in simplification, organization, integration (Gmail & Google Sheets), streamlined management, efficiency, 98% on-time payments. Cons In the beginning, the integration process was not simple. In my opinion, there should be quick tutorial videos demonstrating how to set up each integration, making the learning process easier and more efficient.
