As part of this enhancement, we have added a new Gmail-related scope required by the library. Due to this change, Form Director may prompt you to reauthorize access the next time you use the add-on. No worries—this is a simple one-time step: Open the Form Director add-on from your Google Form. When prompted, click to authorize the requested permissions. Once authorized, proceed as usual—your setup will continue to work as expected. If you have configured the approval flow, you also need to authorize the approval service. It has saved us countless hours and made our processes infinitely easier. Love it! Pros Love being able to send automated responses from our forms with information specific to each individual. We use it for registration at our school and it's been a wonderful tool for us. Cons Nothing specific comes to mind. Occassionally we'll have a challenge or two, particularly if we're send responses based on a filter (i.e. if this response equals that, then they get this message, etc), but I think most of those issues have been user error on my part. Cons In the beginning, the integration process was not simple. Cons Apart from the Google apps, we mostly use WhatsApp handle for our official Communications, The one feature we are looking for is integration between Google apps such as Gmail, calendar, drive etc. with WhatsApp. This is not the least like about Form Director, Still, we want to highlight this requirement so you can think of adding this feature in the near future. Cons As is the case with many companies, it would be great if you could get real time customer service to address issues. Sometimes, customer service fails to realize that what is completely familiar to them is not so clear to the new user. Product jargon can be mystifying. This could be easily resolved with a real time customer service interaction such as a chat system. Reason for choosing Form Director I accepted the recommendation of my son. I was not disappointed.
