Overall: Wonderful. They are fast to answer questions and the 1 or 2 technical burps we dealt with in very short time.
Pros: In a word, EASY! Low learning curve, easy to put together videos for our website and YouTube account. My marketing firm wanted hundreds of dollars for each video and I'm doing them for about $10 each on average. Results are terrific, much better than I anticipated. This is a perfect product for small businesses or firms on a low budget. Technical support has been outstanding, fast, and friendly. Atlabs is a winner! Don't believe me?
