The implementation support that we received was first class. Our team felt supported throughout the entire process which made us feel confident to ask many questions to better understand the functionality of the system. Cons So far so good. The support team is very responsive and easy to work with. Having an implementation manager made the setup process much smoother. They listen to feedback and continues to improve. Pros Dedicated implementation manager assigned that walks you through the full setup process. Good price for what you get and all modules are included. System is always being updated and improved. Very responsive support team. Cons System is still developing. Occasional bugs, however issues have always been reviewed and fixed quickly.
