I'm using thre softwares from RubyLogic, each allows for better work organisation, supervision and data processing. The added value is that each application gives indicators of the individual processes it relates to, KPIs. Additionaly easy progress tracking, email reports, rankings, feedback for employees. Technical support is also very important to, quick help, great contact with the supplier. Pros Very good application for Audit, Quick Kaizen management and overseeing the implementation of engineering changes. Cons I have no comments, at this stage of cooperation all inconveniences have been removed. It provides many solutions, that make the process of managing and supervising audits and corrective actions very effective, for example: - possibility of attaching a photo of the identified nonconformity, - possibility of assigning a person responsible for corrective actions already during the audit, - possibility to close actions implemented immediately during the audit using additional function: "Immediately corrected". and much more. Furthermore, many of our ideas were taken into account when improving Action Audit by Supplier, making the application even better suited to our needs. Cons None. All problems were effectively solved on an ongoing basis.
