Do you remember when you only had a bicycle to get to places you wanted to be ? Reimagined, how you felt when you first got a car and could ho where you wantrd when you wanted ? That’s how I feel about alkimii!

Pros

Alkimii turns people management administration from a chore to a well choreographed seamless connection between the world or work and the management of time and documents. I can catch all the information I need and all the soft points, including birthdays and other notable events. Alkimii allows me to create my own work family app where we can all connect and share experiences. Time management is simplified Tasks become easier to standardise and perform. At a click I have access to so much information that was never before collated in one place. The AI tools are intuitive Time gained through the use of Alkimii is now spent on even more productivity. I’m a big fan. I can’t see how we could ruin my business without this app now!

Cons

What’s not to like ? I really do not have any bugbears Alkimii answers my calls when I have a problem. I talk to a human !! Email queries are expertly answered

My overall experience with Alkimii People has been outstanding. I’ve used the system for several years, and it has consistently performed at a high level. It has become an essential tool for managing labour cost and revenue tracking, and it has genuinely improved efficiency and clarity in our operations. I would highly recommend it to any business looking for a smart, user‑friendly workforce management solution.

Pros

Alkimii People is incredibly intuitive and reliable. The system makes it easy to track labour costs and revenue with accuracy and consistency, and the interface is clean, modern, and simple to navigate. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it integrates into daily operations and how much time it saves when managing staffing and payroll information. The support team is also excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping users get the most out of the platform.

Cons

There is very little to fault. Any minor improvements I’ve needed over the years have been addressed quickly through updates or support. Overall, the system has been extremely dependable.

We only implemented Alkimii a few month ago and the process was flowless. Very helpful and quick in responding any query addressed.

Pros

There is a wide range of reports that allows the user to effectively manage and process employee payroll.

Cons

It takes long to develop and deliver a very simple report which is not defaulted. I requested a specific holiday report a few month ago and is still with the developers.

Great. \[sensitive content hidden\] to name a few of the people who I have reached out to for support and who have helped me implement the system here. We handled a pre-opening project so there was a lot of input and setup required and I really appreciate how well the team took care of us.

Pros

The product itself is great - I came from using Timepoint Cloud which is not at the races in comparison. The ease of submitting documents is a game changer. Who wants to be chasing the same people trying to get them to do their sign offs. Alkimii's automated document store ensures your updates reach everyone they need to. The built in chat function really helps you to keep the team in the loop - and disconnect during your time away from the business, as it helps to avoid work conversations spilling over into your personal whatsapp. Payroll is seamless with Alkimii, they also seem to be able to add custom permissions and controls to your access if you are the property manager for alkimii. The biggest pro about Alkimii is the support by far. The support is from real people - no automated "live agents" or "ai support". By any standard the response time is exceptional

Cons

More of a general point of view but like any system, when you've used a different system for so long and change to a new system it will take you time to get used to the new way of doing things. And this is having total notions altogether but I would love to be able to customise the background image of the alkimii dashboard, either by way of user upload or an alkimii gallery of preselected images.

Great experience - it has been of huge benefit to us already in such a short space of time. The support team have been a really great help and when they say no question is a silly question, they genuinely mean that and it comes across in their service. We can't wait to fully utilise Alkimii in our business.

Pros

We love Alkimii People for managing team rosters, leave and HR in one space. It enables management to oversee their departments in an efficient way.

Cons

No negative feedback as such - the only thing that we would have liked was an option to prevent certain days/dates for holiday requests or an option for a team member to put a note on their roster that they weren't available for work - specifically casual staff, as this would give the manager a heads up on team planning. Everything else has been great.

It’s intuitive, reliable, and incredibly well-suited to the fast-paced demands of our industry. The support team is outstanding, always available and proactive, and the features are both powerful and easy to use. Alkimii People has transformed how we manage our teams, streamline HR processes, and foster employee engagement. It’s rare to find a solution that feels like it was built specifically for your business, but that’s exactly what Alkimii People offers. I couldn’t imagine running operations without it now.

Honestly, there’s nothing I liked least about Alkimii People they’ve been exceptional across the board. From the moment we implemented the platform, it’s been a game-changer. The user interface is intuitive, the support team is incredibly responsive, and the features are tailored perfectly to the needs of our industry. Every aspect from onboarding to scheduling to employee engagement feels thoughtfully designed and genuinely helpful. If I had to be extremely picky, perhaps I’d say that I wish we had discovered it sooner. It’s rare to find a system that not only meets expectations but consistently exceeds them. Alkimii People has become an indispensable part of our operations, and I genuinely can’t think of a single drawback worth mentioning.

gave the highest rating to the Alkimii app because I genuinely find it user-friendly, efficient, and reliable for managing daily tasks. It has streamlined several processes for me, and the support team is always responsive. Based on my experience, I believe others would also benefit from its functionality and ease of use, which is why I’d confidently recommend it.

Pros

The communication and updates section it keeps everyone on the same page without needing constant emails or messages.

Cons

My least favorite is after certain updates,creating or adjusting schedules can take a bit more time than before.
