Pros The UI is very good. It works fine and it fits may work routine. The premium is affordable, I didn't have to pay large amount of money. My concern is that since I'm using this for my freelance work, none of the members like to use it pressure them while doing the job. Cons It should be more active in terms of notification. Since, I don't have time to always use it, it should at least have a feature where it can always remind of you any unfinish work. I told them that i didnt need help at the time, it was easy to use so i didnt really need help with onboarding, but they are very quick to respond if i have questions. Pros it is easy to use, technical team is very helpful and responsive. there are things to fix, but they listen to their users. we are happy using bordio, big help! great job! Cons there are a few minor bugs and glitches, but they are very responsive and they listen to their users. technical support is superb, so i dont mind encountering hiccups, because they will sure fix everything.
