### "I don’t have to chase my members for updates."

April 29, 2024

5.0

Before Bordio, we used another PM software and it was daunting. The idea was that everyone should be updating their own tasks, moving the task cards around as they progress, and consistently giving feedback. But it wasn’t the case. it felt like I was the only one using the tool. So it’s useful. That’s when I tried to find a much simpler one, luckily I found Bordio. Bordio is similar to a physical board with sticky notes. It’s as basic as that so we get the things done now without me chasing my members for updates and reports. I highly recommend Bordio!

Pros

Bordio has enough features everyone can use with minimal tutorials.

Cons

In fact, the application tires me, but I would like more colors.

It’s similar to Bordio, but Bordio has cooler features like real-time messaging and one-single board view.

### "Better deliveries with Bordio."

April 30, 2024

5.0

Since using Bordio, we’ve gotten more organized with our delivery schedules. We can set a schedule with not overlaps, assign it to a team, and include a deadline for it. There’s also an option where we put the amount of time the team might spend in doing the delivering, so we don’t get any conflicting schedules, and there’s no mo delays in our delivery. Bordio is a tool you use for simple tasks like calendar management because it has removed all unnecessary clicks and switching tabs. Everything is within the platform, plus it also has a mobile version which we all use especially our people who do the delivery everyday.

Pros

Bordio’s easy of use and implementation plus its number of features make it the best tool we’ve tried so far.

Cons

Automatically color changing task cards for deadlines.

### "Managing marketing team with Bordio is easy"

February 25, 2024

5.0

We are super happy with Bordio. The interface is so clean and intuitive, that our team quickly adopted. We use Bordio every day for managing our tasks and moving projects forward. The platform is fast and clean.

Pros

What I really like about Bordio is how it just fits with what we do in marketing. Before we started using it, keeping track of everyone's tasks felt like herding cats. Now, I can quickly see who's doing what, when it's due, and how everything's coming along. Plus, seeing our progress in real-time keeps the team motivated and on track.

Cons

I wish it had more languages. We'd like to use Latvian instead of English. BUt that's not a big problem. Other tools don't have it too.

Reason for choosing Bordio

We tried theseplatforms, but we didn't like them much. Clickup in my opinion has too many unnecessary features and within all this mess it's hard to find what you really need. Wrike seemed too complex for us, I think it's better fit for large corporations.

Todoist is good for managing just personal tasks & projects. But when it comes to team collaboration they have too basic features. We needed something more powerful yet easy-to use. So Bordio was a perfect match for us.

### "Managing my Bridal Studio with Bordio."

April 26, 2024

5.0

Bordio has become an essential tool in our studio. It has the ability to keep all client-related information, including preferences and inspiration photos, in one place. Plus, its both accessible to my team and my clients. We can nove give a more personalized experience to each bride, so even picking the perfect dress for their wedding is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Pros

Bordio’s ease of use made it simple for us to integrate our daily operations, requiring minimal time to get up and running.

Cons

More colors please! Our clients love the daintiest colors for some reasons.

### "It’s more than enough."

May 6, 2024

5.0

It’s the only one that stuck to my whole team. Bordio is user-friendly, so my whole crew became so easily adapted to it. It’s an effective tool with a simple enough interface that looks like an office board. And it’s a negative thing because it makes our daily operations easy to follow. Bordio’s features are more than enough for us to stay consistent with the service and work we do at the hotel. I can’t think of any other apps that helped us on this level.

Pros

You can get so much just even just for the free version. But, with the paid version, it has become a more powerful tool to do exactly what we want!

Cons

I can’t think of anything major aside from a dark mode option.

### "Simple but customizable to your team’s needs."

May 3, 2024

5.0

You can play around the task cards and put much information and files you need to explain it. It is good because you can include everything your member has to know for the specific task. It’s pretty basic to understand, so you just to open the task card, see the details of the task, the deadline, and you can start working right away. There’s also chat box on the right side which is insanely helpful because it’s real-time! It’s like I’m using Telegram but built-in in Bordio.

Pros

Everyone can use it, even the most senior employee of your company. It’s so simple to use.

Cons

I love the messaging features of Bordio, but I would enjoy it even more if it has gifs and emoji options.

### "They listen to the customer."

May 2, 2024

5.0

Bordio’s support has been good. I mean, there’s not much to study about how Bordio works, but they answer to you even if its a small inquiry. I don’t know how many people work for Bordio, but I’m just happy that I found a PM tool with a responsive customer support. The best thing, if you email them today, you’ll get a reply in an instant at least for my experience. Also, whenever they have a software update, you will get a pop-up notification in your Bordio’s account. So far, every update has been useful to me and my team.

Pros

Bordio’s customer support is easy to reach and responsive. Based on my experience, I didn’t have to wait for a week for a reply. Also, they keep updating their features.

Cons

I hope they read this and create a table option in the notes section. That’ll be a great add on!

### "How Bordio helps me reach out to new partners."

April 18, 2024

5.0

I’ve tried others, but Bordio is the simplest yet most efficient one for me. Almost all of my work is done in it because I just basically need Google Calendar to help me set meetings and calls to our prospect clients. It saves me time to see when they decline a certain time suggestion because I can then suggest a new schedule that he might prefer.

Pros

I can create events in Bordio, send invites even to those who do not have a Bordio account, and instantly see if they accept it or not.

Cons

I prefer brighter color options for my task events.

### "The simplest and effective task management software in the market."

May 3, 2024

5.0

After a few months with Bordio’s premium subscription, I’ve easily become proficient on how to use it. I’ve already maximize its potential to use as our main task management tool. It basically allows me to lead my team in our marketing campaigns without confusing them with their tasks. Instead our schedules and deadlines have become clearer to them. They do not rush their content creation because they can have a great overview of our whole marketing campaign.

Pros

Bordio has a good number of features that most teams would actually use.

Cons

I wish there’s a table option in the notes section for better visual representation of data.

### "Bordio is the best collaboration tool for us."

April 25, 2024

5.0

Interestingly, everyone in the team has become more involved since we used Bordio. It’s probably because of how easy it is to use. We can just do everything in it. The notes, the messaging, the calendar and kanban board, all worked for us during the creation process of our current project. Probably, we’re not switching to any other software after this.

Pros

We like Bordio because of its features. We had the kanboard view and calendar view, we used it for files and links storage, it’s also our communication app.. Basically everything we needed was in Bordio.

Cons

I would like to see more color choices added.

### "It’s not only a task management tool but also a communication tool."

May 6, 2024

5.0

I think Bordio is very underrated. I didn't find it through ads, but it showed up when I searched for a simple project management tool. I am leading an editing team of 5, and I want a tool where we can put all our inputs in one place so that I can have access to all of them. We used to have Google Drive to save all our documents, but I think it's less hassle if everything is in one platform including our communication. Not only that we can save up our files, but we can also exchange messages within the task card itself. Also, the notes section is helpful if we want to include some remarks and notes to a task.

Pros

All of features are helpful in making our editing process better and faster.

Cons

I wish I could customized the notes features even more so it’ll suit my editing.

### "Bordio is my management tool for my bridal studio."

April 26, 2024

We can't do without Bordio now. It stores all the stuff we need to know about our clients – their likes, dislikes, and those all-important dress inspirations – and it's super easy for both my team and the brides to get to. Now, helping each bride find her dream dress is super smooth and just as enjoyable as it should be.

### "Staff scheduling made easy."

May 13, 2024

Totally enjoying Bordio. Planning our daily operations has never been as easy as this. I get to pick how I view our work calendar and the most helpful is the filter function. I can choose and pick a member and see his availability for the whole week. Then, I can immediately message him within Bordio, too! But really the best part is anyone can see everyone’s schedules so we’re maintaining transparency and fairness to everyone in the restaurant.

Pros

I can see everyone’s schedule at a glance, and easily filter whose timetable I want to see.

### "If you want a task management tool that really works, try Bordio!"

May 1, 2024

5.0

My team has gotten more efficient and productive since discovering Bordio. It’s probably because we can create and customize workspaces for each member and or client and provide the important information for them to use - the deadline, the type and format of content that needs to be done, the feedback, subtasks.. Basically, everything can be put in each workspace without those complicated clicks and cursor actions. My team and I can also see our calendar in one view, letting us know if there’s a need to create more or we’re already good for the month.

Pros

The calendar view, unlimited projects, storing and saving files, and note-taking features are the best ones I found in Bordio.

Cons

There’s nothing to say negatively about Bordio, but maybe color options can be improved.

### "We’ve plan and created a whole program in Bordio."

Perfect! Is there anything to add there? And I’m not overhyping. The experience we had Bordio was extremely great. All of my researchers, writers, and designers were glad that we found and used Bordio. Paying extra $5/month was worth it because we were able to plan, create, and launch new programs for the new year.

Cons

It lacks colors to be honest. I wish there were more color options just to brighten up our project spaces.

### "I love working with my team in Bordio."

May 1, 2024

Didn’t think a simple PM tool like Bordio can make our collaboration and brainstorming efforts more effective. We can easily exchange ideas within the app using the real-time chatbox. There’s no need to hop on a quick meeting just to get feedback or suggestions. All we need to do is use the real-time chat. Also, uploading design files is possible so we can discuss our designs from scratch to its final and completed form.

Pros

Bordio has enough and easy-to-understand features that allow us to brainstorm new design ideas for different projects.

Cons

Sometimes, I need like a brush tool within the notes page. It’d be great to have that, so I can easily draw the design idea or concept I have in mind.

### "“Bordio keeps me organized in at a glance."

May 6, 2024

5.0

Other may like other fancy way of organizing a project, but for me, Bordio’s single board view is the best. I like that I can move forward and back, tasks cards and see them in a single board. For me, it’s a simple to look filed cards. And when the cards are done, they turn gray, still giving me something to look back at the end of the day or weeks, or during our evaluation process. I don’t lose any of my task cards. They stay to when you assign it to be.

Pros

It makes it simple to organize a bunch of orders using its simple task card system that can be seen in one view.

We use task cards as our to-do list. I assign tasks for each of our repairmen for the whole week and set deadlines for them. Also, I can see who doesn’t have much work to-do, so I can assign another task to him. When it comes to task task progress tracking, Bordio is so easy to use. Whenever the task is done, it automatically turns gray. I also like that the finished tasks/gray cards do not disappear in the system. It allows me to monitor everyone’s work for the day and every for the whole week.

Pros
