## What is ONLYOFFICE DocSpace?

ONLYOFFICE DocSpace is an open-source collaborative platform for document management and real-time co-authoring designed for teams, clients and partners. The platform is based on the concept of rooms, which are special spaces with predefined permissions where users can invite others and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, fillable forms and PDFs. DocSpace can be deployed on your server where you have the entire control over any data. Another way to access DocSpace is a cloud-based version that is compatible with any modern web browser. DocSpace comes with an AI helper that can be activated via a special plugin to automate text-related tasks. Using the AI assistant based on ChatGPT, DocSpace users can summarize large texts, extract keywords, explain unknown words and notions, detect and fix grammar and spelling mistakes, generate new text content and translate it into other languages, create unique images and look for information when working on their documents.

Im happy and satisfied with it . It offers necessary tools and is easy to work with

Pros

1-It offers a user friendly UI and it looks very professional to work with. 2- software excels in document Collaboration, it allows multiple users to worl on a same document 3-it provides version tracking and search for legal documents what i find really useful

Cons

1- the quality of its back support can vary and it is not certain. 2- the mobile app is not as good as the main version of the software 3- there is a storage limit base of your plan.
