Pros

This is a great tool to optimise my sales rep ramp time and enables this as a plug-and-play system for our sales team. Total Value for Money, and the support team is very prompt. Training sales reps in various skills and filling those gaps has never been easy.

Cons

Haven't really figured it out. I feel it's an excellent tool while keeping in the requirements of today's sales teams across the globe.

My overall experience with Salestable from deployment to now has been very positive. I was able to quickly get value from the software since, at the outset, it was easy to deploy an "MVP" that benefited my team. That value has only grown as I have updated the training content over time.

Pros

Salestable is easy to use for both admin and user. As the admin team and person who deployed the software, it was easy to get off the ground and manage my users. In addition, it is easy for me to update content as needed. Also, since the software is purpose built, it is not weighed down by unneeded features. This allows my users who are not all comfortable with new software to easily use the software with minimal guidance from my part.

Cons

Since I am using the software in a slightly untraditional way to train sales and other non-sales, but customer facing roles, I would like to customize the training tracks a bit more for these varying roles.

Reason for choosing SalesTable

Given Salestable is purpose built, it was much easier to deploy and feature rich with respect to our sales training needs as compared to Sharepoint.

Users experience delays when switching between tabs or dashboards, and attachments sometimes fail to load or show errors.

Smart use of Sales Coaching and Sales Training flows that are easy to monitor progress on as well as easy to engage with AI to improve usage and applicability.

Pros

Interface is unique. The UI is effortless and easy to navigate. The modules work in conjunction with each other.

Cons

Not really a matter of not liking. Would want them to provide more capabilities to integrate AI into day-to-day use and navigation. Expand into Sales person self-journaling and self-reflection.

Great platform, ever since the implementation of it, it has prove its worth as a tool to facilitate and improve the general workflow of my team.

Pros

It's a great platform that allows me to scale my team, affordable and with great customer service. Every feature in the app is designed to help my team grow and meet the goals of the company. Plus, since I started using it, new features are constantly being delivered, adding value continously.

Cons

Document management is the least important feature of the app so far, but it works great and I can't wait to see new enhancements on it as well.

Pros

As a sales rep myself, I understand it takes a minimum of 4-6 months to train and make a sales rep market-ready. Along with this, as and when a product/service or process evolves salestable's platform comes in handy since I can train my team all at once and see their adaptation to the change. This helps to understand the flexibility of an individual as well.

Cons

I feel if there can be more content added, it trains sales reps better.

The team is very responsive and they work with us to make us successful.

Pros

Ease of use, simple and straight forward. Salestable helps my team to focus on the important activities that matter and focuses our geographically distributed team to do right things. Salestable has been helpful for us to train ongoing changes to our GTM services offerings and bring everyone on the same page.

Cons

Our team is remote and distributed and a mobile app would benefit a lot. We are on Salesforce and an integration would be needed.

It's not so complicated like so many products out there. Easy to implement, use and get ROI on your investment.

Cons

Being a "new-ish" SaaS company in the space there are some features I'd like to see. However, they are aggressively innovating the product.
