Pros I am reviewing the FleetTrack HOS ELD app. The only good thing it does is automatically stop the drive clock when the truck stops. Cons It's compete garbage, after you do off duty it will often keep your clock going and expire your time leaving you stuck thousands of miles from home and unable to move. Response time to request is among the best of all our vendors we work with. A request outside of FleetTrack service, their staff will still try to accommodate the request. Pros Mapping all vehicles or can separately. Driver performance reports. Units not checking in over time. Easy to use and understand. Cons Not enough icons to identify fleet vehicle type on the map. We've even implemented weekly meetings with the Fleet Track Team so we can better understand the system and to implement more helpful GPS tracking and monitoring items to our operation. The Fleet Track team has always been extremely helpful and we have developed an amazing relationship with them. The Fleet Track system does much more than most GPS systems we've tested over the years. Pros The way the entire system works together - the ease of using the online Fleet Track system, and how we can show where we are wasting money and then make changes to start saving money and, to improve our operation overall. Cons Everything we've ever asked about, in terms of having the system do something for us, has been implemented. We really don't see any cons at all with the Fleet Track system and with working with LB Technology. Switched from [Zonar](https://www.capterra.com/p/126605/Ground-Traffic-Control/) FleetTrack provided a better platform and at a lower cost overall. The training provided by LB Technology has also been superior.
