It’s very easy to setup and to use. And the starter plan for free makes it a no brainer to start monitoring my business

Pros

Super smooth onboarding The design of the dashboard is minimalist and easy to read. You can read the details of the mentions directly within the app and you don’t have to connect to your social media account

Cons

Some results are not relevant, but i guess it depends on the words you search. And I didn’t specify any filters for the answers.
