Generally pretty poor but if they had supported us more I could overlook it. They didn't so I can't.

Pros

We are able to better manage our spending and track invoices which we didn't have a system in place to do before.

Cons

Not flexible, everything we have asked for has been met with a "no the system won't do that". Approval workflows are pretty limited too. Limited integrations VERY poor support, implementation support, post-implementation support, our account manager. APIs cost extra, everything costs extra!

Pros

Generally easy for end users to upload and categorise their receipts.

Cons

Support hasn't always been quick or helpful, particularly around any integration issues that occur when our Wiise finance system is changed by that vendor.
