Overall, InsightLoop is a good tool, and I would recommend it; however, it takes some time to adjust the system to meet your specific needs. Customer support is really good and fast.

Pros

It is a much faster way to find documents. The most helpful feature is that you can find specific data in the documents, like measurements, values, etc..

Cons

Minor issues with rewriting the instructions or text that should just be copied, and it would be good enough.

During the pilot face, it was really impressive to see, how got and much better the system can answer the questions

Pros

That i can get a summary of informations in a really short time

Cons

If it is working fine, there is nothing bad what i can see at the moment. There is still some improrvment neassary
