SignHouse

## What is SignHouse?

SignHouse is an electronic signature solution designed to simplify the way users sign and manage documents. It includes several tools like the online signature maker, electronic signature generator, and PDF editor and signer. All the signatures done using SignHouse are 100% legally binding, compliant with the ESIGN Act 2000 and UETA 1999. Users can send an unlimited number of documents for signature to an unlimited number of people. Signees do not need any instruction manual as they can sign documents 3x faster, making SignHouse an efficient tool. SignHouse also offers a feature where users can merge PDF files, rename, crop, and split them. Additionally, users can add passwords to PDFs and unlock them when needed.

It is fantastic compared to the alternatives.

Pros

The price for unlimited envelops is wonderful. Also, being able to manage contact information is brilliant.

Cons

There is filtering by completion status or creator but It would be great if there were more filtering/search options, like filter by contact or document name.

We've used various platforms over the years but this is a win as it's a great price, extensive feature set and intuitive for the users we send contracts to.

Pros

Low cost and easy to use. Many other platforms have priced themselves out the game for people that need a simple solution.

Cons

Unable to customize the name the emails come from. Lack of branding so users do not always know to look for an email from SignHouse but I hear this might change.

I absolutely love the experience I have had with SignHouse. I love the emails from \[sensitive content hidden\]. Keep that up. Even if \[sensitive content hidden\] truly doesn't send it out, it makes me feel a certain way - happy that he cared enough. I love that \[sensitive content hidden\] looks after the business and constantly checking.

Pros

Love that this is not a subscription service. I love I can add more lifetime users as my business grows. I love the ease of the program.

Cons

I least like that I cannot ask for signer 1 before signer 2. When dealing with contacts, the 1st signer must sign before signer 2.

I chose SignHouse because it did not require a subscription and the service offered was better without fluff I don't need. SignHouse is the best tool I could have purchased.

It is the best alternative to document signing apps that impose limits on the number of envelopes you can send and you have to pay a monthly subscription. They offer a lifetime license plan.

Pros

Ease of use. Has a lifetime license plan with a reasonable price. No limits on envelopes for a paid plan.

Cons

It can get expensive to remove the signhouse branding and customize it with your own.

Was all good, liked it a lot and use it once or twice a week with our customers. We get contracts much easier back and do not follow up so often now. Customers like the easy tool, too!

Amazing. Customer support was quick to response via email and it seems like they're continually adding new features.

Pros

Lifetime deal is a steal. This is an amazing value as even computer-challenged clients can work through and sign contracts without me having to show them. A real winner!

Cons

Even though SignHouse is more affordable than it's competitors, if you're not able to get the Lifetime license, paying monthly could add up over time.

It was super great. And the price is amazing. I would recommend this to everyone looking for an e-signature software.

Pros

I love how easy it is to download documents, secure them, and send them for signature. The Customer Support Team is also super responsive and helped me tremendously with my account.

Cons

I hope that it will be easier to combine PDFs. Although I will say that it isn't too hard, just a couple extra steps.

SignHouse is an amazing product at an amazing price! The features are far from basic for a newer company. I have no idea how they’ve managed to be both simple and robust—but they have! All the essential features one would need from an e-signature platform are there, plus a few others. Exactly what I need!

Cons

Just one field I wanted is missing, but I sent an email to the \[sensitive content hidden\] and hopefully it should be added soon!
