Pros The price for unlimited envelops is wonderful. Also, being able to manage contact information is brilliant. Cons There is filtering by completion status or creator but It would be great if there were more filtering/search options, like filter by contact or document name. Review Source R Reviewer CEO Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Excellent value" January 15, 2025 5.0 We've used various platforms over the years but this is a win as it's a great price, extensive feature set and intuitive for the users we send contracts to. Pros Low cost and easy to use. Many other platforms have priced themselves out the game for people that need a simple solution. Cons Unable to customize the name the emails come from. Lack of branding so users do not always know to look for an email from SignHouse but I hear this might change. Review Source Ali M. The added sample contracts make it just even better! Cons Honestly nothing! It’s absolutely perfect for what it’s meant to be! Review Source Traci A. I love the emails from \[sensitive content hidden\]. Keep that up. Even if \[sensitive content hidden\] truly doesn't send it out, it makes me feel a certain way - happy that he cared enough. I love that \[sensitive content hidden\] looks after the business and constantly checking. Pros Love that this is not a subscription service. I love I can add more lifetime users as my business grows. I love the ease of the program. Cons I least like that I cannot ask for signer 1 before signer 2. When dealing with contacts, the 1st signer must sign before signer 2. Review Source Mohan N. I've been using it to onboard my resources and some for legal contracts. There are no issues so far, and it has saved a ton of my time. Now, I just select the template, add the Signee and send it to them, and it's done. Pros Here are certain things that I like about SignHouse: - It's simple and easy to use. - Has Webhooks that I have used for third party applications to update some information. - Has a Reminder option that allows me to remind someone about the document signing process. - I'm impressed by the amazing selection of pre-designed templates they offer in their library. That saves a ton of time. Cons I'd like to organize the templates and documents according to my own preference. They are quite good at user feedback and I am pretty sure that it'll be implemented in the days to come. Review Source Sharon N. Pros This tool has all the bells and whistles that most of its competitors have w/o a hefty price tag. I love being able to send a direct link to a document to a client without forcing them to go to their email inbox. Cons It would be great to have more documentation from SignHouse for some of their more advanced features like Webhooks, however, that is something that I am sure they will build out more help articles around over time. They offer a lifetime license plan. Pros Ease of use. Has a lifetime license plan with a reasonable price. No limits on envelopes for a paid plan. Cons It can get expensive to remove the signhouse branding and customize it with your own. Review Source Welrin P. Their website is super easy to use, and I got exactly the sign I wanted without any hassle. And get this - their support team is like the Flash! Lightning-fast responses every time I needed help. If you're in the market for signs, SignHouse is where it's at! Cons SignHouse may still be in the development phase, they're definitely heading in the right direction Review Source Vladimir R. Everything is intuitive, so you can sign and send documents without any problems. Of particular importance is that the signing is legally supported and the transaction is considered official and saves a lot of time compared to how I signed before. Cons So far I haven’t found any particular disadvantages, and I haven’t specifically looked for them. This is my first such instrument, and I have no one to compare it with. I would probably like more integrations and multilingualism Review Source Verified Reviewer Owner Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Easist way to get signatures I've been able to find" April 8, 2024 5.0 Ease to use. Does what it says it does. great pricing. Can't ask for more. Pros Signhouse is fast! I don't need to spend much time getting docs ready for signatures. Having templates set up has helped us tremendously as well. Cons A native form feature would be nice, although there are plenty of integrations. Review Source YL Yoel L. I use SignHouse about 20+ times a day and it's very efficient and reliable. Cons It has issues with downtimes that do not let me sign or upload any document. I must say, when this happens - I have reached out to the support team and the dev and the \[sensitive content hidden\] are incredibly assistive and always provide a solution that works for the issues I've experienced. September 10, 2024 5.0 Amazing. Customer support was quick to response via email and it seems like they're continually adding new features. Pros Lifetime deal is a steal. This is an amazing value as even computer-challenged clients can work through and sign contracts without me having to show them. A real winner! Cons Even though SignHouse is more affordable than it's competitors, if you're not able to get the Lifetime license, paying monthly could add up over time. Review Source Gisselle V. The features are far from basic for a newer company. I have no idea how they’ve managed to be both simple and robust—but they have! All the essential features one would need from an e-signature platform are there, plus a few others. Exactly what I need! Cons Just one field I wanted is missing, but I sent an email to the \[sensitive content hidden\] and hopefully it should be added soon! Review Source RS Ron S. Secretary Treasurer Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Signhouse at Millgrove Cemetery" February 28, 2024 5.0 Very positive. We had few problems to contend with and staff were very helpful. Pros Price and ease of use was the two things that stood out the most. Cons Getting the concept of E-signatures across to users - nothing to do with Sign House but they did make it easy for users to sign documents. Review Source Similar Products Featured
