I love I can add more lifetime users as my business grows. I love the ease of the program. Cons I least like that I cannot ask for signer 1 before signer 2. When dealing with contacts, the 1st signer must sign before signer 2. I love being able to send a direct link to a document to a client without forcing them to go to their email inbox. Cons It would be great to have more documentation from SignHouse for some of their more advanced features like Webhooks, however, that is something that I am sure they will build out more help articles around over time. I've been using it to onboard my resources and some for legal contracts. There are no issues so far, and it has saved a ton of my time. Now, I just select the template, add the Signee and send it to them, and it's done. Pros Here are certain things that I like about SignHouse: - It's simple and easy to use. - Has Webhooks that I have used for third party applications to update some information. - Has a Reminder option that allows me to remind someone about the document signing process. - I'm impressed by the amazing selection of pre-designed templates they offer in their library. That saves a ton of time. Cons I'd like to organize the templates and documents according to my own preference. They are quite good at user feedback and I am pretty sure that it'll be implemented in the days to come. Everything is intuitive, so you can sign and send documents without any problems. Of particular importance is that the signing is legally supported and the transaction is considered official and saves a lot of time compared to how I signed before. Cons So far I haven’t found any particular disadvantages, and I haven’t specifically looked for them. This is my first such instrument, and I have no one to compare it with. Pros The price for the lifetime access to sign house saved my clients a significant amount of money. Cons You have to merge all of your signature pages together before you upload them to SignHouse. Reason for choosing SignHouse The other softwares were not able to add a password to envelopes.
