Pros

Easy to use, easy to setup. The product is quite good to onboard workers on the CSR strategy. Lakaa helps their clients on these different strategies. They also take into account the voice of their clients to co-build some features.

Cons

Lakaa is a great tool for the CSR strategy but there are also a lot of work to do in change mangement for large organisations.

Lakaa is a really great platform that energizes the network of CSR ambassadors by promoting their actions across all sites. It's intuitive, easy to use and the team support is TOP.

Pros

What I like most about Lakaa is the ease of use and the support provided by the team.

Cons

I don't know, the platform's dynamism depends on the involvement of CSR ambassadors.
