Pros Very easy to use, has more beneficial features and very supportive team. Cons Nothing at all - all looks good. They must improve Performance Section and Integrations. No one has the same answer or solution to an issue, the systems did not integrate with other platforms as promised and once you sign a contract it's hard to reach a representative. Pros I like the ability to track the trucks in real time and being able to send the tracking link to brokers. The Intergrations that worked made booking and tracking loads easier. Cons The customer service is horrible. It takes a while to get issues with the system resolved, if they ever get resolved. No one responses to emails in a timely manner. Review Source IB Ivaylo B. October 2, 2024 5.0 Great!Everything is very structured and made the process of dipstaching and organizing load super easy.Also the team is constantly working on improving it so that is awesome as well. Pros Very easy to use and efficient.Excelent TMS for trucking companies!Especially the dispatch part of it! Cons The accounting part is not very organized. I love that the team always listens to your concerns and are constantly improving the software to work even better. Pros Self-explanatory,very easy to use,organized . Cons Detention and layover loads can not be put as pending. They are very receptive if I have suggestions even. I have participated in 2 conferences with them where they take all my suggestions down and take back to their teams, some have even been implemented. They communicate with me constantly to see how to make the product better for me! Pros It keeps all loads organized and I can easily search for previous lanes or rates to better quote new lanes. It is also easy to use, convenient to invocie and to make driver statements. AND if there is ever a problem, the service reps are VERY helpful! Cons There are a few nuances like having to edit a load for a TONU instead of an easy popup to change rate & rate con, or not having the option of integrated fuel cards passing savings on to owner operators.
