Conduit's been excellent for our teams building more consistent measurement of our performance across 5 warehouses. We are a smarter and more efficient org with Conduit.

Pros

Conduit's made it easier for our carrier partners to book appointments to drop off and pick up inventory from our warehouses. It also has unlocked new insights and expanded our reporting by providing strong data and integrations into our systems.

Cons

Not as much a Conduit item, but a logistics company like our's handled a lot of nuanced edge cases that the system isn't prebuilt to handle. They happen infrequently and often can be solved with "hacks" and user education

It has been great, they have exceeded my expectations from a customer support standpoint. The software is very simple and easy to use but can be customized to fit your needs. The over-the-road drivers like it too because it makes their job easier.

Pros

I like that the Team at Conduit listens to their customers' requests and is interested in working with them to improve their platform! \[sensitive content hidden\] and especially \[sensitive content hidden\], have been outstanding to work with and have exceeded my expectations. The platform is very easy to use and customizes settings for your location.

Cons

The Alert when drivers check-in is loud and lets you know drivers have arrived, it would be cool if the facilities admin could pick their own tone or alert noise....

Reviewed Conduit, and other scheduling software companies. Conduit stood out, amongst the others as being easy to use, and had more features that were practice to our operation, so we went with them. The implementation went smooth. Their team continued to offer us support on tweaking things to our liking well after the implementation and always had a good attitude about our request. System is running smooth, and everyone is enjoying it.

Pros

Captures everything, we need in an easy to read and comprehend format.

Cons

Everything is good, we have no complaints.

Liked the format, and the ease of use. Also captured all the information that we are looking for. Custom made shipping report was a big bonus.

Looking for something that was easier to use, and captured more critical data. Also wanted something that could auto generate a custom shipping report. Conduit is able to do all of those things.

The overall experience hasn't been bad once you make it work for your operation.

Pros

The fact that we can keep track of trucks being loaded. The accurate time of the entire loading process and that we can change information if a load gets rescheduled or canceled.

Cons

The time it takes for information to actually transfer to the report section. It slows down me being able to run reports.

Very pleasant. \[sensitive content hidden\] and team were very helpful in the initial trail period answering all of our questions and working through issues very quickly.

Pros

Driver check in via QR code. Resulted in quicker check in, less congestion in parking lot, faster loading time, decreased detention rates and less upset drivers.

Cons

There are no immediate dislikes that I have found while working in Conduit.

So far, so good. It is intuitive and has cut down our scheduling time drastically. It has been a gamechanger for our warehouse scheduling.

Pros

I love the streamlining of the process. It makes it much easier to verify drivers and pickup/check in/check out.

Cons

I really do wish that they would let you see all available warehouse times before you type in all of the shipment information.

Pros

I really enjoying using the Conduit it allows me to be very organized when appointing appointments for our facility and manage whenever drivers check in and out or pending drivers to check in.

Cons

I have no complaints I enjoy using the system, it has definitely improved with in the last year the upgraded features.

I enjoy how simple and easy to use the product is. While it is simple, it has so many features that gives it an edge up on other products like it. I also appreciate how responsive and helpful the staff is.

Pros

I like the multiple functions I am able to perform on conduit such as schedule inbound and outbound deliveries giving visibility to the entire DC

Cons

Not being able to save carrier details for easier booking purposes. I wish we could save carrier profiles and select the profile with saved contacts instead of entering it every appt

its been great. fast, easy, and everything is updated. I would recommend to use this. Shows the customer the carrier's pick-up rate and failed appointment rates.

Pros

real time update for carriers, real time customer updates. It is easy to use and easy to track shipments

Cons

the auto populated fields update every field not just the field you want to work on. You need to click out of an appointment before moving on to the next

Conduit seeks out feedback to improve their product which benefits their customers. It was nerve racking at first to let the Conduit program auto schedule, but I am glad we did. It has worked so well, and delivery drivers really enjoy using it. Communicate to your vendors and carriers about using the Conduit portal to schedule. Hold them to it and you will see the benefits of using this product.

Pros

The ability to drastically reduce labor to schedule dock appointments. Little to not time is spent on returning emails, voicemails or rescheduling. We now have an automated scheduling setup thanks to Conduit.

Cons

I have little to dislike because concerns or problems have been addressed by the Conduit team. An email to the support staff has yielded positive changes. An example would be adding the ability to send pictures via the driver chat. This was an item we needed to show a map of our facility.

Conduit is amazing, it makes everything easier for us for our driver check in and check out. I enjoy using it.

So far for our experience with Conduit, we have not come to any issues. The site makes things simple and the drivers have adapted to it as well.

Very happy with Conduit. Site is easy to get used to and is constantly providing new features that makes site easier to navigate.

Pros

You can view the activity for each appointment. Who requested, who created appt, who rescheduled, when, etc.

Cons

Unable to override "facility rescheduled" confirmation option I.E. scheduler is not receiving rescheduled emails from Conduit and we need to cancel and create a new appt on our end so that it's set and driver able to check in once arrived
