Pros They went above and beyond in regards to what they said they would do in their pitch. The product over delivered and we had an amazing trial run and it continues to perform well after the trial period. The team is great and are extremely helpful. Excited for the new products on the roadmap as well. Cons I'd like a little more control personally on how to control the quality of the identification of the number of users that come to the site. Currently that is fully managed by the algorithm and the team. There are times I would want to be more aggressive if I know I'm bringing in a lot of new traffic or making a big push. But in those cases I would just let the team know to ease up on the parameters which I have discussed with them and they told me it was not an issue at all.
