Great support team, easy setup, and strong ROAS, make it a no brainer to add to your markeitng mix, and build your owned audience faster.

Pros

Opensend makes onboarding easy, particularly for Shopify sites, but also for other major e-commerce platforms and even custom integrations. It is possible to sign up and start collecting emails on the same day.

Cons

It takes making adjustments to collection rules to dial in the best between collection volume and quality. This is not so much a problem, as it is a process of improvement.

Opensend provides email addresses of real people, that actually convert (vs. competitors who provide email addresses that don't open/engage, and decrease deliverability). Opensend is the way to go, and I've tried them all!

Pros

The onboarding was really seamless, the quality of the email addresses provided is much higher than other providers

Cons

It's a bit more expensive per email address than competitors, but I think thats because the addresses they provide are higher quality and more likely to convert

Pros

How it enables us to scale our client's email revenue!

Cons

It would be nice to get automated reports sent to users on a weekly basis with WoW results, so customers are reminded of the value without having to login to the dashboard.

Seeking alternative solutions to attract more visitors and increase brand awareness, we turned to Opensend. This allowed us to drive new visitors to the site and generate additional revenue. Once new visitors are captured and added to your ESP, it's crucial to implement a strategy to nurture these audiences differently than usual across your Flows and Campaigns.

Pros

What I appreciated about working with Opensend is their comprehensive approach to explaining the platform and its functionality. They provided all the necessary details, allowing me to confidently introduce the brands I work with to this new platform. The level of customer service and their thorough responses to optimizations and questions were impressive.

Cons

When implementing any new platform that identifies site visitors, it can initially seem concerning. However, having a comprehensive plan to nurture these contacts is crucial. We received excellent resources to support this process. While some best practices may not suit every brand and service, nothing stood out as problematic. Just ensure to monitor early on and adjust the strategy as needed.

Their people are great and they really do care about how we get on with the platform and to see that we maximize results. If you're looking for high quality with high quality people - at a great price, look no further.

Pros

Opensend was great - I've also used a competitor of theirs in the past; but the folks at Opensend blow the competition away in terms of level of care and customer engagement. The dashboard is easy to use and the tech is effective. We've added thousands of new emails to our newsletter database and sales have been growing!

Cons

not too much here to talk about here yet. It's been a great and positive experience.

Overall an amazing experience the team is great, very communicative and knowledgeable in the space.

Pros

They went above and beyond in regards to what they said they would do in their pitch. The product over delivered and we had an amazing trial run and it continues to perform well after the trial period. The team is great and are extremely helpful. Excited for the new products on the roadmap as well.

Cons

I'd like a little more control personally on how to control the quality of the identification of the number of users that come to the site. Currently that is fully managed by the algorithm and the team. There are times I would want to be more aggressive if I know I'm bringing in a lot of new traffic or making a big push. But in those cases I would just let the team know to ease up on the parameters which I have discussed with them and they told me it was not an issue at all.

Overall I've been happy with Opensend. Set up was easy, their team did basically everything for us. Implementing with Klaviyo was a breeze and we started seeing additional revenue come in really quickly.

Pros

Super easy implementation, great communication from the Opensend team, team is always willing to hop on a call to get things figured out.

Cons

I wish they had the ability to qualify the emails for us before passing them to our ESP, as I've done with other similar companies before.

Fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who needs options for email lead generation. As mentioned, I was skeptical at first but decided to give them a try. I'm very happy I did! Our revenue has grown from Opensend and the leads I've gotten from them consistently perform. Obviously not all of them, but many more than I initially thought!

Pros

I was skeptical at first because I thought I'd only get a bunch of cold leads but I was very surprised to see the generally good quality of the leads. In fact, my Opensend segment in Klaviyo sometimes outperforms my usual list. Pricing is fair and the support is great! They helped me integrate and solve a few hiccups in a very timely and professional manner.

Cons

So far, I don't have any complaints. It's working. And their support is reliable and professional. I consistently get new leads from them that are performing well.

Opensend runs on autopilot to help you capture leads that you aren't getting through on-site opt-ins. Their filtering system is bringing in higher quality leads that are warmer and have converted better than other competitor platforms. Adding the service was seamless as the team was helpful for onboarding and implementation.

Cons

Nothing to note as a dislike. A product feature that would be beneficial would be to be able to adjust the capture filters in the platform from the user end.

OpenSend has helped us grow our engaged list and maximize our advertising spend immensely. Some 7,000 new engaged profiles in less than 2 months with great engagement (and actual purchases). Also helped us revive a massive portion of our list that was otherwise dead to us. No-brainer tool for any ecom brand with decent traffic.

Cons

Team is dialed-in and very knowledgable about all things deliverability, which was our biggest concern. Algorithm is very impressive. Implementation was beyond easy, team handled most of it.

Most support teams have not been as helpful, but their attentiveness made all the difference and has allowed us to implement Opensend across a variety of brands quickly.

Because there are a lot of "cold leads" that filter in through Opensend, if you're not careful it can begin to hurt your deliverability.
