I build one short form for each YouTube video I make, that's how quick they are to build. Pros Very intuitive, I didn't require a tutorial and didn't need to wacth countless YouTube videos like other form builders. Cons There is nothing I have found yet. It ticks all the boxes and is priced competitively. I will continue to use and provide feedback here if needed. Cons What I liked least was the UX, a bit laggy at times but other than that the product is great overall. However the team reached out a couple hours later (without prompting) that they issued a fix. Rarely seen such rapid customer support for bugs / features, especially for a free user. Pros Customer Support was above and beyond Form Creation is really easy and intuitive Moving forms over from Typeform takes seconds Affordable Premium Plans Cons In the time I interacted with Youform, couldn't find any negative experience to share. The platform has limits on the free tier, but that was to be expected. It’s one of those rare tools that just works the way you expect it to without being confusing. Their customer support is also really good. If I ever have a question that isn’t answered in the help docs, I can actually talk to someone on their team and they respond super fast. Every issue I’ve had has been fixed quickly. Overall, it’s an awesome product with a great team behind it. Pros Ease of use. Great Support. I liked the intuitive drag-and-drop interface, robust conditional logic, extensive third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Slack), and detailed, real-time analytics. Seriously. I was wasting so much time and money with Typeform, constantly hitting paywalls. Migrating to Youform was smooth, my clients didn't notice the difference (they just saw a nice form) Pros The fact that I can actually use the tool without feeling like I'm being robbed. I switched from Typeform because they wanted ridiculous money just to remove branding or get basic features. Youform does everything I need (sleek forms, logic jumps, clean UI) at a fraction of the cost. It’s exactly what Typeform used to be before they got greedy. Also, the customization options are solid.
