It’s amazing to create unlimited beautiful forms that WORK. Pros Never have I ever used such a powerful tool that the founders still check escalated support tickets, like wow! It’s so easy to use especially with the new AI prompts if you have questions or need to confirm form logic. Someone who has never made a form in their life could use the free plan + a template and be live in < 5 minutes. The customization and integration options are vast. Multiple workspaces and no fee for guests makes it infinitely cheaper and better than the competition on the Probplan. I’ve had 2 bugs total since adopting over a year ago and both were resolved near immediately. Cons I wish there were more options for custom question types. Implementing some tagging would be helpful as well so I didn’t have to integrate it with my CRM to do analysis. I ran into a very specific webhook integration issue with Wix, and the co-founder, \[sensitive content hidden\], personally worked with me to understand what was causing the problem. When we realized Youform’s existing webhook structure couldn’t send the custom payload Wix needed, their team actually implemented a custom payload feature to solve it. He kept me updated throughout the process, and once the feature was released, I was able to get my automation working. It’s rare to receive that level of responsiveness and care from a software company. Cons The webhook customization I needed wasn’t available when I initially set everything up, which caused some difficulty integrating with Wix. However, the team responded to the issue and added the functionality I needed very quickly, so what started as my biggest frustration ultimately became one of the reasons I was impressed with their support. Many features and improvements have been added to make it competitive with other alternatives, but the detail that shines for me is the solid customer service. When an issue arrises, they are prompt to reply and work on addressing it. A solid platform backed by great support is a combination hard to come by these days. Pros Great quality platform at an affordable price. Constant improvements. Lots of customization. Easy to integrate with other tools. Amazing customer service. Cons Can't think of anything I dislike. I build one short form for each YouTube video I make, that's how quick they are to build. Pros Very intuitive, I didn't require a tutorial and didn't need to wacth countless YouTube videos like other form builders. Cons There is nothing I have found yet. It ticks all the boxes and is priced competitively. I will continue to use and provide feedback here if needed. We migrated over in no time and setup the form and have had no issues since. Would for sure recommend. Pros It just makes sense. I never understood the logic of paying a fortune for forms based on your usage. There are a bunch of other solutions out there but Youform nails the UI, form aesthetics and pricing. Cons I guess the user interface is designed more indie-style as opposed to more serious, which could be intentional. I prefer a more modern and elegant look but it's not a big deal. I suggested a new feature and they built it in <24 hours. We love this product, please never sell to someone who will ruin this great tool! Pros All the features of Typeform, Google Forms, and more - for free. The creators are responsive, funny, and the YouForm is a joy to use. Cons When I first tried it 1+ years ago, I had bugs in the form builder. Over time, those bugs disappeared, and now I see none at all!
