I ran into a very specific webhook integration issue with Wix, and the co-founder, \[sensitive content hidden\], personally worked with me to understand what was causing the problem. When we realized Youform’s existing webhook structure couldn’t send the custom payload Wix needed, their team actually implemented a custom payload feature to solve it. He kept me updated throughout the process, and once the feature was released, I was able to get my automation working. It’s rare to receive that level of responsiveness and care from a software company. Cons The webhook customization I needed wasn’t available when I initially set everything up, which caused some difficulty integrating with Wix. However, the team responded to the issue and added the functionality I needed very quickly, so what started as my biggest frustration ultimately became one of the reasons I was impressed with their support. Many features and improvements have been added to make it competitive with other alternatives, but the detail that shines for me is the solid customer service. When an issue arrises, they are prompt to reply and work on addressing it. A solid platform backed by great support is a combination hard to come by these days. We migrated over in no time and setup the form and have had no issues since. Would for sure recommend. Pros It just makes sense. I never understood the logic of paying a fortune for forms based on your usage. There are a bunch of other solutions out there but Youform nails the UI, form aesthetics and pricing. Cons I guess the user interface is designed more indie-style as opposed to more serious, which could be intentional. I prefer a more modern and elegant look but it's not a big deal. We’ve been using it for over a year now without any issues — the platform has been incredibly stable with around 99% uptime. The customer support is outstanding: improvement suggestions, custom integrations, or special feature requests are implemented within just a few days. Simple to use, but can still be quite powerful with conditional logic and redirects, allowing you do do some decently complex form building. Pros Simple but still powerful form tool, with a clean UI. It's basically the same as typeform but at a fraction of the cost. We're on a paid plan, and it's been a game changer for our business. The youform team is also super responsive. Cons Honestly, I don't really have any cons....I'd love a couple features to be added, like being able to copy questions over to other forms, or maybe a bit more flexibility in some UI components, but I really enjoy this product!
