The free plan is comprehensive. When I finally got ready to use the paid plan, I was so invested, I did not even think twice about the cost. Pros For a fraction of competitor cost, I get a suite of incredible tools to help me with form collection, customization, logic, and integrations. They also embed BEAUTIFULLY on every web platform I've tried so far. Customer support is lightning fast! Cons I think when you are selecting a new question, the menu could be more intuitive. Sometimes, I have a hard time finding the type of block I need. Many features and improvements have been added to make it competitive with other alternatives, but the detail that shines for me is the solid customer service. When an issue arrises, they are prompt to reply and work on addressing it. A solid platform backed by great support is a combination hard to come by these days. Pros Great quality platform at an affordable price. Constant improvements. Lots of customization. Easy to integrate with other tools. Amazing customer service. Cons Can't think of anything I dislike. When bugs or glitches come up, they are prompt to fix them. Meets my needs and has even expanded on what I've been able to accomplish linking my forms up with my systems. We migrated over in no time and setup the form and have had no issues since. Would for sure recommend. Pros It just makes sense. I never understood the logic of paying a fortune for forms based on your usage. There are a bunch of other solutions out there but Youform nails the UI, form aesthetics and pricing. Cons I guess the user interface is designed more indie-style as opposed to more serious, which could be intentional. I prefer a more modern and elegant look but it's not a big deal. The founders are also really involved with customer service, having solved every problem I faced along the way. High recommendation! Pros It contains everything I need: Company branding, multilanguage, high customization, great support, etc. Very flexible and high value for money, easy to understand, use and create forms. For reports you can either download a ready-made PDF or export a CSV. Cons The shade of the description texts are automatically adjusted based on the subject-line text. This results in less clear visibility and readability of the description texts. For example, I began using YouForm's free tier but did not quite understand that the final button would redirect users back to YouForm's site. Cons Honestly, I don't really have any cons....I'd love a couple features to be added, like being able to copy questions over to other forms, or maybe a bit more flexibility in some UI components, but I really enjoy this product! We’ve been using it for over a year now without any issues — the platform has been incredibly stable with around 99% uptime.
