Pros

Amazing form builder and incredible customer support. Youform is very easy to use and I’ve been using it since 2024. I strongly recommend it.

Cons

Sometimes I make a mistake in the form and I can’t find where the error is. Luckily, they have amazing customer support and they always help me fix it.

Pros

Moved over from Typeform and saved $24,000 / year WITHOUT dropping performance. Team was amazing at adding features quickly and helping us scale up our efforts. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cons

The product doesn't yet have all of the same features that you'll see in a form tool that has been around for a long time. BUT Man, these guys are turning out features quickly and efficiently. If they don't already have what you need, the probably will soon.

Pros

Easy switch from Typeform (interfaces are similar) and way cheaper for my needs. All worked smoothly and handled our 3000 people survey easily. Results are nicely displayed and I was able to dump the answer download CSV into ChatGPT for deeper analysis. Great piece of software.

Cons

Don't really have anything neg to say here. Even Support from the \[sensitive content hidden\] was swift and helpful. Very happy.

Fantastic product, and the creators are hyper responsive to feedback. I suggested a new feature and they built it in <24 hours. We love this product, please never sell to someone who will ruin this great tool!

Pros

All the features of Typeform, Google Forms, and more - for free. The creators are responsive, funny, and the YouForm is a joy to use.

Cons

When I first tried it 1+ years ago, I had bugs in the form builder. Over time, those bugs disappeared, and now I see none at all!

it is easy to use and replicate forms to use - users can usually access without any IT problems which is important

AMazing! Super responsive \[sensitive content hidden\] too. Whenver i had questions or concerns, \[sensitive content hidden\] got back to me really quikcly

Pros

Really great value of unlimited submissions for what you pay. Used a bunch of other form tools like typeform and stuff and it just wasn't as good.

Cons

Sometimes there wasn't a ton of flexibility with branding. But this was relatively. minor and didn't hamper things too much.

I really appreciate \[sensitive content hidden\] for solving the previous technical problems with translation. It means that customer support is important.

Pros

The convenience of use: variation of designs, the platform itself. Opportunities to be creative and do valuable research.

Cons

Maybe the logic concept is too much overload, but it is working well. Another issue was setting the languages. It is also inconvenient to change the manual translation every time on excel sheet when it is needing changes in original quiz.

Pros

The price , it was amazing, its a great product and a great alternative from typeform, would recommend to every business owner.

Cons

What I liked least was the UX, a bit laggy at times but other than that the product is great overall.

Really amazing form service that has been transformative for my startup.

Pros

YouForm has all the features I need out of a form service and the pricing is much more honest and transparent than TypeForm. I love the partial responses (which works way better than TypeForm) and how customizable everything is.

Cons

You can't change the font size of text so it can be difficult to add small disclaimer text.

Because of the logic in my typeform, the automatic converter didn't work. However the team reached out a couple hours later (without prompting) that they issued a fix. Rarely seen such rapid customer support for bugs / features, especially for a free user.

Pros

Customer Support was above and beyond Form Creation is really easy and intuitive Moving forms over from Typeform takes seconds Affordable Premium Plans

Cons

In the time I interacted with Youform, couldn't find any negative experience to share. The platform has limits on the free tier, but that was to be expected.

They have hands-down given the best customer service I have experienced in years. I emailed asking about a change to help me accomplish something and they instituted it quickly and followed up to make sure it worked the way I needed. I am a customer for LIFE.

Pros

This product is fantastic, and even better than the product, are the people behind it.

Cons

Nothing - it is great!! There is a 100 character minimum but I don't have anything bad to say about this product!

Absolutely fantastic, much better to type form. i love it.

If i could add small images on the multiple choice questions to make it look more like a quiz that would be mega.

Veyr positive, I have built one complex form and many short forms. I build one short form for each YouTube video I make, that's how quick they are to build.

Pros

Very intuitive, I didn't require a tutorial and didn't need to wacth countless YouTube videos like other form builders.

Cons

There is nothing I have found yet. It ticks all the boxes and is priced competitively. I will continue to use and provide feedback here if needed.

It's just top-notch. Loved the clean web application and how simple it's to get things started. Loved it!

Pros

This is best form builder on the internet. It's so easy to use and they have a very generous free plan. I just love the product on the whole.

Cons

They don't support other payment gateways except for Stripe. And the price jump from free to $29 might be a bit high.

Pros

YouForm is perfect for our small business! It helps us issue daily consent forms in a simplistic and beautiful way. It is dependable and its integrations with Google Sheets helps to keep our operations organized.

Cons

It would be nice to have the limitations of each tier listed clearly from the beginning of use. For example, I began using YouForm's free tier but did not quite understand that the final button would redirect users back to YouForm's site. I understand why that is and the free tier still suites our business needs, I was just slow to connect those dots - so maybe a little clarity on characteristics of the free tier.

\- You can have unlimited submissions for free - UTM Links - very intuitive UI - PRO plan is quite cheap, the pricing is not bound to the number of submissions

Cons

\- Partial submissions only in PRO plan - You can't work together with your team (except for just sharing login data :))

Youform has a great layout and is really easy to use and operate. I can change elements of the form whenever i need with ease.

Pros

I love how quickly \[sensitive content hidden\] replied to my form request and then, within a day, worked out a new logic option, so we could create an outcome quiz. This is customer support at its finest, and his ability to problem-solve through the issue was top-notch. We were using it to present to educators, so a more reasonably priced option for an outcome quiz is a game-changer.

Cons

Creating the quiz took some time, but the video walked you through the steps and was less complicated than a lot of other platforms out there.

I was looking for an affordable solution that still has a good design. It seems most forms are either very basic with terrible design and cheap or very expensive and full-featured with good design, like Typeform. Youform achieves both of these, and it will be the go-to form builder I use for my business and recommend to my clients.

Pros

Great pricing and a very reasonable free plan. I also love the design of the back end and front.

Cons

Some additional customisability regarding how to display certain sections would be good.

Pros

Very well functioning app. With free version, we could enjoy all basic functions of the survey with no limitation of response numbers.

Cons

On mobile, we'd prefer that the question can be displayed in one screen, rather than being slightly scrolled down to get to the button "Next or Submit". It's also quite slow to get to the confirmation screen that everything is submitted.

The generous free tier, the UI is simple and easy to use.

Cons

Nothing so far, I actually like the fact that one needs to move to a paid tier to see the partial fill out and that’s a clever way of getting users in.
