Its good easy to midgait though the application and to see all the software's. also see all the cars that enter the property

Pros

that system combines all software in property management. It manages the cars and the resident information all in one

Cons

There has been a lot of glitches that occurred in the beginning of transition, and it caused a lot of confusion with resident

Overall, I love using Livvie. The platform has been a great addition. I especially appreciate the customer support team; they’ve been consistently helpful and responsive, and \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular has been outstanding.

Pros

What I like most about the system is how easy it makes it to gather information on vehicles entering the property, along with access to photos of guests and delivery personnel who have been checked in. The LPR camera, in particular, has been a game changer, allowing seamless vehicle access and improving overall efficiency.

Cons

What I like least about the system is the lack of flexibility for making property-specific changes on demand. Any adjustments must go through the Livvie team, requiring coordination and the development of a broader system solution, which can delay implementation of individual requests.
