But once you get used to the dated UI, it's fine as long as you're familiar with its quirks. Pros I like Artistly because it has unlimited generation and is constantly adding new features for book publishing and video making. Cons The Artistly interface is dated. The features could be better organized. Some old features should be retired in favor of newer, similar features that perform better. I have recommended it to several. Pros There is so much to like. You can create books, coloring, crosswords, matching, just an unlimited amount of options. Then you can create an unlimited number of pictures and edit them. They keep updating the app to make it better and allowing you to do more. The value for what you pay for is just unbelievable. The customer support has always been very quick to answer. Cons When you look in the app there are so many options you do not know where to start. You want to have a game plan on what you are looking to do cause there are so many fun things to do it is like where do I start. For me, great. Pros One-time lifetime price, so no monthly fees eating into your budget Unlimited image generation included Free updates included after purchase Users report positive experiences with the product overall Ease of use Great Customer service Cons The lifetime deal is temporary and won't last forever Interface leans towards commercial use and less towards pure artistic work Less focus on artistic depth compared to dedicated art tools Review source Incentivized review: software users are invited to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive for their time and effort. I would like to see better photo rendering. Pros Great for not detailed prompt. Unlimited prompts and no month fees. Online and does not take up hard drive space. Cons Inability to properly render photos like ChatGPT. Some items not appearing as described. Words misspelled although correct when you type. I cannot speak to the security of the software or the customer support because I have yet to have issue with the software. Getting the results you are looking for is a bit time-consuming when working with AI software because it is still learning and does not necessarily understand what you are asking it to do. One might find issue with the time it takes to get what you are wanting from the software. Pros I am writing a book and have found that the content creation portion is very good for creating static graphic designs - once you figure out what prompts are required to produce what you want to create. My great grandkids loved the children's puzzles and especially enjoyed the storybooks which are made using their own photographs. Cons As with most of this company's "buy once" software - you purchase a small version for a reasonable price then find out that to use most of the good functions, you must purchase the extended version for a higher price. You have several image and video editing tools, but they are all AI driven, so getting the results takes the time to learn the proper prompting techniques. It is very easy and there are lots of different effects you can choose. It also offers help with prompts, repairing old photos and lots more Pros I love all the choices I have when creating images. They have added much more over the time I have used it. I find it easy to use and can be as creative as I want. Cons It saves your creations for one year only then they are gone. Pros Awesome AI image generation tool that allows for seemingly unlimited generations for books, graphics and images of any kind. Cons There are some days that I may exceed the daily limit for generations, which could be a problem if I have urgent projects that need to meet deadlines. Often I get consumed by Artistly because it always inspires me to create even more images. Artistly is a a rabbit hole of Amazing images and can easily distract you from other tasks. Pros I was not using the more advanced features when I first purchased Artistly. It is more than just an image generator, it is also an image editor. the features are robust. I dodn't even know how to use all of them. It is easy to create original, eyecatching images with it. It can also do Social Media Ads, Posters, Thumbnails, Story Books, and more. It is only limited by your imagination. Cons While they are many tutotorials, it is so feature rich, that it could use more tutorials of the advanced features. They were good - but because they seem to not care about issues and problems, and when their users speak up on their group or facebook page, these are deleted. Don't trust them fully. Pros when it works, its cute. But it gets so frustrating. These people create, create, create new app but don't keep to their current products. So you see, Artistly has been sliding in quality. Cons Team Artistly.ai - start getting your act together, your product has started down the dump hole. It has taken me 5 tries to do 16 page storybook. How useless has your app gone. Come people, do better. Anyone looking for an honest review - check out other softwares first before committing to this one. I sense it is going downhill - it has started.
