It has clearly been created on an AI base and leverages this to provide some dramatic functionality. One of my favorites is called Mirror Image, where it will create the prompt for an uploaded image. Pros Its ingeniousness combined with comprehensive functionality. This thing is stunning! I can start with images I like and modify them by telling their AI what I want changed, or I can write or modify the prompt itself. Cons Predominance of cartoon focus. Of course, many of the amazing apps from this company emerge from a father's interest in creating books for his own children and that lead to products built on that base. Cons Like all the other programs, it can be a real pain when one cannot quite get that 1 image perfect no matter how many prompts. However, its unlimited without fees, so thats nice. I am proud for all that are having good fortune with Artistly.and apparently it is an awesome program, but I have not had the same good fortune. I have contacted tech support about my pro version problems and tech support has NOT been supportive. They answered my initial request and we spoke back and forth a few times and my last contact with them, they asked me which web browser I used. I replied and told them that I used Foxfire and that was the last time that I heard from them. That was on May 30th and they will no longer respond to me and I have tried to contact them several times. I requested that if they can't fix my issues to just please refund my money but they will not respond. All I want is a good program that will work for me. It could be my browser, it may have had a glitch when I initially downloaded the program, I don't know. It is ob:iously an incredible program because I have seen the results that many have had, but at this point, I am very disappointed with the lack of support from the company and they apparently are not going to refund my money. I would GLADLY rather just be able to sit back and create some awesome pictures and speak well of the company but at this point, I am very disappointed. If anything strange did come up, there is a feature for "in-painting" that can fix it. I hardly bother, I just generate a new image. For a nominal extra cost, I have access to unlimited generation of images of all kinds. A unique feature is to create "consistent characters", an essential feature when creating comic strips or childrens' stories. Pros The accuracy of the image produced with AI in response to a prompt. Cons When generating an image that contains text, the AI generates text that is sometimes garbled. However, when I produce an image, the program does give me the ability to stick text on top of the image, when I can choose the font, color, size and position of the text overlay. I bought it as the sales marketing was very good and I can see that some people may dislike it, because they don't get what they want on the first prompt, but that is true of most AI image creation software. A few tweaks here and there and you get what you need. THey are constantly making improvements too, so nothing to dislike Pros The cost of the lifetime license and having no limits on how many images I can create is fantastic. I love the amount of tools available that make tasks so simple to achieve. I still have my Adobe Creative Cloud stack, but this is an excellent tool for fast productivity. Cons I think the AI prompts can get a little better. Either that or my prompts aren't good enough, but sometimes, even with detailed prompts it may get some things wrong, which all other AI tools do too. But overall I'm very impressed. It allows you the ability to edit the image with its "inpainting" feature, provide prompts based on existing images, change the background and adjust the aspect ratio. Cons The user interface could use some work, it is not always user-friendly, for example, you cannot upload an photo on the image generation screen to be used as a "seed image". It saves me a lot of time, and it definitely improves the quality of the images created. It makes the "creation" very easy. Pros I love that they've updated the app and I didn't have to pay a penny to enjoy the latest tools. And what an update! It's really, really awesome, especially the text creation (although it doesn't work well with other languages than English, but I'm pretty sure they'll work on it for their next versions). It is definitely better than Ideogram. To be honest, I wasn't using it very much before. But now it's really worth every cent. I hope they continue improving it. And I'm eager to use it on my next projects. Cons I don't like that we have to pay extra to enjoy some of their features. It is becoming a one-stop program. It's getting close. Pros The ability to produce up to four draft images to select the best versions. Ability to work backwards and create prompts from images with the style you want. Mockups are super fast for T-shirts. Consistent Characters are a must-have for duplicating storylines in illustrations. Lots of features and new ones are added regularly. Good support and training videos.
