I cannot speak to the security of the software or the customer support because I have yet to have issue with the software. Getting the results you are looking for is a bit time-consuming when working with AI software because it is still learning and does not necessarily understand what you are asking it to do. One might find issue with the time it takes to get what you are wanting from the software. Pros I am writing a book and have found that the content creation portion is very good for creating static graphic designs - once you figure out what prompts are required to produce what you want to create. My great grandkids loved the children's puzzles and especially enjoyed the storybooks which are made using their own photographs. Cons As with most of this company's "buy once" software - you purchase a small version for a reasonable price then find out that to use most of the good functions, you must purchase the extended version for a higher price. November 24, 2025 5.0 I was reluctant at first, but soon foumd out how great of a program this actually is. There are so many features and more added often that one might not realize they have them. Pros It is a one time fee without the monthly subscription, and need to purchase credits if the sub is exceeded. Cons Like all the other programs, it can be a real pain when one cannot quite get that 1 image perfect no matter how many prompts. However, its unlimited without fees, so thats nice. It has clearly been created on an AI base and leverages this to provide some dramatic functionality. One of my favorites is called Mirror Image, where it will create the prompt for an uploaded image. Pros Its ingeniousness combined with comprehensive functionality. This thing is stunning! I can start with images I like and modify them by telling their AI what I want changed, or I can write or modify the prompt itself. Cons Predominance of cartoon focus. I am proud for all that are having good fortune with Artistly.and apparently it is an awesome program, but I have not had the same good fortune. I have contacted tech support about my pro version problems and tech support has NOT been supportive. They answered my initial request and we spoke back and forth a few times and my last contact with them, they asked me which web browser I used. I replied and told them that I used Foxfire and that was the last time that I heard from them. That was on May 30th and they will no longer respond to me and I have tried to contact them several times. I requested that if they can't fix my issues to just please refund my money but they will not respond. All I want is a good program that will work for me. It could be my browser, it may have had a glitch when I initially downloaded the program, I don't know. It is ob:iously an incredible program because I have seen the results that many have had, but at this point, I am very disappointed with the lack of support from the company and they apparently are not going to refund my money. I would GLADLY rather just be able to sit back and create some awesome pictures and speak well of the company but at this point, I am very disappointed. It allows you the ability to edit the image with its "inpainting" feature, provide prompts based on existing images, change the background and adjust the aspect ratio. Cons The user interface could use some work, it is not always user-friendly, for example, you cannot upload an photo on the image generation screen to be used as a "seed image". I bought it as the sales marketing was very good and I can see that some people may dislike it, because they don't get what they want on the first prompt, but that is true of most AI image creation software. THey are constantly making improvements too, so nothing to dislike Pros The cost of the lifetime license and having no limits on how many images I can create is fantastic. I love the amount of tools available that make tasks so simple to achieve. I still have my Adobe Creative Cloud stack, but this is an excellent tool for fast productivity. Cons I think the AI prompts can get a little better. Either that or my prompts aren't good enough, but sometimes, even with detailed prompts it may get some things wrong, which all other AI tools do too. But overall I'm very impressed. It saves me a lot of time, and it definitely improves the quality of the images created. It makes the "creation" very easy. Pros I love that they've updated the app and I didn't have to pay a penny to enjoy the latest tools. And what an update! It's really, really awesome, especially the text creation (although it doesn't work well with other languages than English, but I'm pretty sure they'll work on it for their next versions). It is definitely better than Ideogram. To be honest, I wasn't using it very much before. But now it's really worth every cent. I hope they continue improving it.
