They want people to give a review before using a feature in the product. They should not advertise that particular feature as part of the product on the sales page if it is not part of what people are paying for. Pros The customer service is reply enquiries on time. Cons The "Perfect Text In AI Images" has been advertised on the sales page as part of the premium product, but people are restricted from using it unless they give a review before the restriction is removed. This is deceiving people. They don't state on the sales page that you have to give a review before you can use a certain feature in the software.
