Pros It is very easy to use, the lay out of the app is very self explanatory, it is a good way to communicate with parents and parents really love using Nursery Story. It is good that you can upload photos for parents to see and also upload weekly observations which is a good way to save time for staff. Cons Sometimes it can be slow and you need to exit the app and go back into it. Also the new feature of the chat button is right where you click submit or upload which can be frustrating when you are trying to upload food etc. quickly. We started with Nursery Story and have not looked anywhere else! Pros Nursery Story is easy to use for both staff and parents. It combines general observations of the child's day along with more focused observations, such as nap times, meal times and accidents. Parents love seeing the photos of their children and receiving the information wherever they are. We were a new nursery and started with Nursery Story and have been so satisfied with the service we have received and the price we pay per month.
