Pros I like about Identity360 is that it provides conditional access policies depending on device compliance and IP location. It enabled me to set more specific privileges thus preserving both confidentiality and availability throughout the working departments. Cons Single sign-on of multiple cloud apps while might have been useful, caused I had slight confusion while mapping roles to some of the apps. Minor changes were required related to integration of products from third-party applications. Pros I found it valuable that Identity360 enables identity management both in cloud and corporate networks applications. It became much easier for me to provision new users for my organization through directory integrations such as Azure AD or Google Workspace. Cons Sometimes the refresh from the HR systems can take a few moments and is less efficient when there are nest tables involved. It should have been possible to synchronize at an even shorter interval in real time to keep truthfulness strict. It allowed for the development of rule-based provisioning that made the users to be given access based on their department and role without being individually assigned. Cons I encountered a few issues while trying to synchronize the Group memberships from multiple active directory forests. The fact that cross-domain synchronization required more steps to implement made this relatively less simple. The conditional access policies were easy to apply and let us secure the necessary systems by applying real-time risk factors without compromising productivity. Cons In my case during data access reviews sometimes there were problems in exporting larger datasets into bulk certification reports. Exporting of larger reports required more time and more attempts which are inconveniences when preparing for my audits. Cons We realized that the help desk delegation feature was missing some level of subtlety. The inability to set up correct roles for technicians resulted in overlapping permissions that were either too broad or too restrictive. The fit with other applications was good, and the fact that access rights were done under roles made sense for user permission. Cons There were some defects that we came across in the directory synchronization module. Specifically, the sync process was not initiated automatically as is the case with other platforms, but was to be done manually each time.
