As you know being a provider, time is everything so that alone is amazing. Pros The site is very user friendly and their customer support team is top notch!! They respond right away to any issues, site outages etc and get the issue resolved asap. Cons I honestly dont have any. The site is easy to use. We feel we get a massive return on a minimal investment in a solid product that has integrated well with our cloud based system. Our clients appreciate how easy the e-prescribing has been and have noted how the system improves with every change through the years. Patient prescriptions are easy to track and easy to enter. Pros We've been with H2H DigitalRX since 2009, that's 17 years. Our system uses a software stack that is off the beaten track, but H2H has always been very helpful working through any problems that have arisen during software changes or any other technical issues that came up. That's not the norm in the industry in our experience. Cons Once in awhile we have to get up earlier than we'd like in order to have conversations with people in different time zones.
