That's 100% who want to do this again. They celebrated their increase in physical activity and friendly competition most, followed closely by improved team connection. Pros MoveZenGo was exactly the wellness product I was looking for, with more capabilities than I could have imagined, especially at the price. Our Olympic themed event was centered around the Milano Cortina games. It was engaging and brought out a lot of healthy competitive spirit at work. Cons I cannot think of any cons. If I had questions, they were always available to help. The event ran very smoothly. My employees were engaged and having fun. It's easy to keep challenges up and running and employees have felt really motivated joining in on these. Pros \-Customer support helped when we first stood up our organization -It's very easy to launch a new challenge -Easy to add users to the challenge if needed -Lots of templates to choose from -Customization Cons \-It was a bit overwhelming when standing up MoveZenGo initially. There were many buttons and items that felt like they needed more description of what that particular setting/option did. -Some challenges that were preset you can't fully customize. -You can't adjust automated reminders, so it became overwhelming to get a status report each day. We eventually turned the Slack integration off because we could not customize it to be an end of week report. Staff enjoy tracking one another’s progress in the app, which keeps them motivated to get those extra steps in at the end of the day—whether to take the lead or maintain it. Pros It is very easy for staff to use, integrates with a wide range of apps and tracking devices, and allows participants to track progress collectively, see where others are in the challenge, and encourage one another along the way. Cons There is a cost associated with the app, but the value it provides makes the expense worthwhile. However, compared to other apps with similar costs, this one is on the more affordable end. Actually, I don't have to since a team from another org so how much participation we got with the app and reached out to me about what I used Pros It was super easy to customize an event for our org in a way that covers all the challenges I wanted to track for the 35 day period. MoveZenGo basically thought of everything: they provide a way to convert all activity into steps, have tracking for mini weekly challenges along the way, and even have a consistency challenge so it's not just who did the most steps. The ramp up time was super quick so easily have 90+% participation. Cons Mainly that I have to buy licenses 10 at a time. In purchased 10 and only 1 other person signed up so that felt a bit bad. Some minor improvements are: \* I wish the insights view tracking top performers for a given activity was viewable by the rest of the org. I was able to screenshot the stats and share in the middle of the week to keep rallying the team but it would be nice to have this be a bit more accessible. \* I wish for the one-time purchase, it's easier to find the receipt in-app so that I can expense it. Cons hard to change certain settings once event had started. It would be nice to have an auto assigning option but ensuring they have the same number on each team rather than a maximum number. For the money, I think it's a great value. The platform is easy to use both for participants and for the admin. We continually come back and use it every quarter because it works well with our teams and budget. Pros Ease of use in setting up activity challenges. The admin tool works great, and there are many resources to help save time, such as email templates and walkthrough guides. Cons The syncing was a little buggy. Many people reached out to me about their activity not showing up on their Apple Watch or other wearable. There is a manual entry method available, but the syncing was an issue for several participants. The teams being scored by average added another layer of competition. Customisation of teams was great. Cons There were a few syncing issues for some members of staff and a number of people ended up with either double/half the steps they had actually done. There didnt seem to be a way to do total steps rather than an average for everyone in the team. Pros Was relatively easy to use for all users. It was cool that other activities gained points, you didn't just have to only do steps. Cons It did not work on one of our employees iphones. I think it was too old or something. It also wasn't overly expensive, and the price was just right. Cons There was one time that my question sent to support took a bit longer than expected, but other than that there were no issues. This app helps us live out that belief. Pros We're a globally distributed company with the majority of our team working remotely. With steps challenges, this app helps to bring us together towards a common goal (collectively walking x number of steps in a month). We have fun "together" and create a healthy competition. We also find the continuous leaderboard feature helpful for tracking our daily activity progress. It allows for setting individual activity goals and monitoring month-to-month progress. Cons The inability to have 2 leaderboards - one for pure steps and one for converted steps. Pros As an administrator, this program/app was fantastic for my group of participants. The ability for individuals to utilize an app that so easily connects to a large variety of fitness trackers was crucial to encouraging participation in our wellness program. Awesome experience! Cons The setup can take a bit of time, but it is worth the effort. I wish there were more templates to push out announcements at the Administrator level, or reminders. I currently create a newsletter weekly to push the teams/individual towards their goals. Pros The cost to use the app was one of the only ones within our budget but was still so easy to use.
