It has completely changed how we handle local deliveries for our home decor shop. Before, we had to rely on multiple delivery services and didn't have much control. Now, Pidge lets us manage all our deliveries from one simple dashboard. Our customers are happier because they get their orders faster and can track them, and we are happier because we have full visibility and control.

Pros

What I liked most about Pidge is its incredible control and transparency. Our items can be fragile and need special care. Pidge gives us a live map to see exactly where our delivery is, from our shop to the customer's door. This gives us so much peace of mind and allows us to tell our customers exactly when their order will arrive.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like was the initial setup. Getting Pidge to connect with our website's OMS and all our systems took a little bit of time and some effort. However, once it was set up, it worked perfectly

The experience with Pidge is excellent. We were struggling with fragmented logistics and unreliable partner performance before adopting the platform. Now, with Pidge, we have cover full visibility across our 3PL operations, reduced delivery time, and improved customer experience.

Pros

Pidge brings everything in single place. Managing both our own riders and multiple courier partners became much simpler with real-time tracking, allocation, and route define. The platform is intuitive, scalable, and really saved our significant time and costs.

Cons

The dashboard has a lot of features, but the learning curve was slightly high for our operations team in the beginning.
