The days were the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis that only increased the need for an online solution. I found in Lugo Tets an attentive professional ear and a system fully prepared for the challenge. Uri asked me a very short number of questions; what are the programming languages ​​and what is the required level and the tests were ready immediately. The test method of the Lugo Tests includes multiple choice questions with a practical part in which examinees perform directly on the exam system and it automatically evaluates the code quality. The exam is being conducted with an open camera and the system knows to distinguish whether the candidate is in front of the computer or not, thus preventing fraud. I received full consideration and there is no doubt in my heart that any test in the future, Corona or not Corona, will be through the service of Logo Test. Today we use the system not only to evaluate developers but also managing skills and English level. Cons Candidates who try to cheat. Lugo Test technology protects me from such. They provide clear instructions and guidance on how to use the test, as well as technical support. They also welcome feedback and suggestions.
