Excellent software, excellent customer service and technical support. It really has helped us grow and we feel lucky to have access to this in it's early stages at such an affordable price.

Pros

GlobeTrader is a life saver! Not sure what we would do without it. Saves us so much time and money compared to other options. We have tried others that cost way more but have fewer capabilities and features. GlobeTrader is in a class of it's own -- I highly recommend it.

Cons

Not much to complain about but like any software there are occasional issues that come up but with GlobeTrader we get very quick responses and fixes.

Switched from

too expensive and had a lot of issues that took too long to resolve.

Overall it's been very positive. Change is always challenging, but Globe Trader has been very supportive of helping us get set up correctly!

Pros

The interface is easy to use. It's has a lot of great features. Their team is exceptional to work with, very fast, professional, and efficient. We are so excited to get off of Google Sheets and into a platform that gives us the reporting and automation we need to keep up with our growing business.

Cons

Not all features are built out yes, but they are in the works.

Outstanding. Great product. Great people. Great experience.

Pros

Beautiful front and and robust backend. Constantly hear from customers that we have the best wholesale experience they have ever had. All credit goes to GlobeTrader. Everything for wholesale is all in one place and the flexibility the flexibility to curate to our business needs.

Cons

Some added benefit features are still in development

Globetrader keeps track of all of our sales from many channels and it syncs seamlessly with Shipstation. It makes the fulfilment process easy.

Pros

The ability to customize reports to show only the data I need is great.

Cons

I work in Globetrader a big part of the day, I don't like that is logs me out after a certain period of time.
