I got started a few months ago but didn't finish the evaluation. Getting back into the eval now and hope to finish within a month.

Pros

Very good price point. Tutorials and support are easy to access. AI is getting more and more useful..

Cons

Need more clarity on licensing. The use case I am evaluating has 4 users and 20-30 volunteers that only need to accept their assignments. I'm unsure of how zoho tables would consider the 20-30 people who only need to interact with an email not with the app

good so far; again not much to evaluate outside of the tables only function in relationship with what it can do exactly when connecting to zoho creator and to zoho crm; will see how far i can go with this.

Pros

so far very easy to use. easily replaces airtable;it features and functions similarly, so its a great alternative to use if youre trying to hivae apps work in the zoho one system.

Cons

not much; i just have not been able to fully evaluate the application as far as connectivity to marketplace and other zoho apps, im looking to be able to create a search function on a website

Using Zoho tables is a vast improvement over using a normal spreadsheet application such as Excel. The customisation options are excellent and really help you tailor views to your needs. But it is let down by small things that seem to be easily fixed

Pros

The mobile app makes managing your data out of the office very easy. Zoho pricing has always been excellent. The Integration with other Zoho products. The real-time collaboration so multiple people can work on the same document is a game changer

Cons

The lack of third-party integration hold this back compared to other market leaders. Using the advanced features can be tricky

I've tested for a club to replace a local database; it was very easy to import information and setup views. I also was able to migrate that table to a new Tables sign login to get it off my office system; the process was simple and quick.

Pros

The product is flexible and easy to use once you learn the interface; it can be shared for viewing at no additional cost. For me, the key element is it ties into Zoho-One and CRM, which means no more double entry. It is a combination of a spreadsheet and relational database.

Cons

I want a more robust forms engine. It has a forms engine, but the form is a straight list; no formatting of the look is possible.

It showcases our data or our content in a different level which is good and thus makes it standout. And it is easy to collabarate.

Pros

Your data will standout in a way that gains attention by using zoho tables. Interesting features included such as checkboxes ,multi select, and many more

Cons

The data relationship might be complex due to its structure. Occationally the integration of data is a bit hard to do.

It’s a great experience using Zoho for real-time collabs with those unable to make it in person. We can collab anywhere anytime and I love that!

Pros

I like the task automation that it offers. I like that Zoho offers an automated option to complete repetitive tasks with custom workflows.

Customer support is hard to contact and that’s what I dislike about it

It has been an alternative when you do not know how to work well in Excel with spreadsheets without the necessary formulas, easy, simple and quick to use

Pros

Pivot tables are created with the information provided, giving a better visualization of the data and in a simpler way than using Excel. Having this information so specified and better designed has made tasks more fluid to perform and collaboration between teams more equitable with better performance

Cons

The mobile application is not as fast as I would like it to be, but it is not an inconvenience for working well

Pros

It works great for task tracking, sending and tracking emails, project management, advanced custom fields, and advanced relationships! It's a one stop shop for operations, human resources, IT and more!

Cons

While it was easy for me and other IT and development staff to learn, it was hard to train all the users. We ended up making help videos, group sessions, and drop-in sessions.
