Mava provides access to multiple customer support tools over multiple sites like discort , telegram where i can easily use ai live chatbot for replying to ticket support of customers.

Pros

Mava ai toolkit and nlp features is what makes mava best customer supporting website where we can easily manage and update customer with live chat support. Mava ui interface is also what i am in love as it is so smooth and reliable to use and can be easily operated.

Cons

Mava is best with lot of ai inbuilt tools and i dont find any dislike about it till now so 10/10 in my opinion’s.

You need to go to a separate management website to answer users' questions, AFAIK.

I used it previously at Perpetual Protocol, so wanted to stick with the same platform and not have to learn a new one.

It was so impressive how quick it was for us to build and train our Mava chatbot to provide our customers with instant responses. Mava analytics dashboard which makes it easy for us to monitor the performance our customer support services. Mava team shared inbox which allows us to consolidate our support services in one space for easy collaboration.

Cons

Mava has been doing exceptionally well for us and moreso, it has not given us anything not to like about it.

Pros

The implementation phase was such a smooth sail. It was backed up by lots of guides available online and detailed technical information offered by it's world class support team. Mava interface is way to simple, sleek and we'll organized which enable us to utilize it for our daily customer service operations. Once we set it up we added instant answers to the chatbot and in addition to the AI bots we have been able to make it easy and fast for customers to get help they need anytime and so instantly. Live chats enable us to have personalized engagement with our clients. Metrics reports enable us spot improvement rooms in our support services

Cons

Mava operates efficiently with no crashes. Also constant updates enhances it every other time.

It has a swift transition of tickets from the AI bot to the support agent available in the restaurant which allows us to easily give our guests support to critical issues.

Cons

Mava support team has walked with us all through which has made our experience very smooth. We have no dislikes towards Mava.
