### "No responsibility for their poor service."

I did my research to find a virtual telephone number from Ireland that would support SMS messaging, Calilio's website said it did just that. I signed up, purchased a US number, then purchased a phone number in Ireland, however it did not support SMS. I contacted Calilio tech support and they informed me that the website was wrong, and SMS messaging is not supported. I asked for a refund and they held back $8.10 stating that these charges were not refundable to them, so they will not refund them to me. Outrageous customer service. They lie on their website, and then will not refund in full on the same day that the order was placed.

Pros

Nothing really, it was hard to setup and customer service is terrible. I am fairly tech savvy and it took me nearly three hours to determine their servicces were not offered as promised.

Cons

Customer service and their ability to accept responsibility for their shortcomings. The lie about their product offerings and then do not refund the entire amount when their services do not do the job.

BE CAREFUL!! I bought the service with the purpose of connecting a US phone number to my mobile for business. From day one, I faced problems.. First, the number I bought was not working, then the connection to my mobile was not working.. They fixed it, and it seemed to work for a week or two before it stopped working again. They fixed the number, but the problem was forwarding the calls to my mobile. After many back and forth and waiting... at the end, they informed me that they can not find fix the problem. I paid for a year and they refuse to compensate me for anything, saying the number received calls during the few days it was working.. Very unreasonable since I paid for the whole year and was expecting to pay for a stable working service.

Pros

I bought the service to have a US business phone number that forwarded calls to my mobile. The online platform layout seems nice, but the service was not working.

Cons

The service didn't work and they didn't compensate me for the yearly fee I paid.

Pros

Easy to use platform with simple user interface. Covers most of the features that is required for my business-like call transcript, AI reports. Mainly 24/7 support of Calilio has been brilliant, if any issues arise, they solve it very quickly.

The integration feature is missing in Calilio that could have added more value in the product. But the team of Calilio has kept updated regarding the integration to our team.

Horrible experience. Over 3 months wasted many voicemail never arrived many text messages got lost, my phone never rang. They took a full year payment... Still waiting for weeks to receive my PAC code to reactivate my number. Just unprofessional and disrespectful.
