So I store my personal documents with free version of contractsave and find them easily. I can categorise them and on some of them, I set basic reminder, so it is good to follow expiring contracts.
Also, one more thing that i liked is that it provide a 15 days free trial which is enough to know how good is this tool for managing business related documents.
Cons
You can enter numberless wrong password and no capchta. Some parts still in German even English is selected.
Yes it tries to solve some problems but it is missing some details. Creating account page is not easy and intuitive.
"My Personal Contract Storage"
Overall: As a basic personal user, I am happy with it. My husband is also using it personally and also professionally.
Pros: In Germany we are still getting a lot of documents by post. Collecting, sorting, finding them are not easy manually when you keep them just hard copy. So I store my personal documents with free version of contractsave and find them easily. I can categorise them and on some of them, I set basic reminder, so it is good to follow expiring contracts.
Cons: I do not have a complain as a basic user. Maybe an app could be useful, we can take photos and directly load to the system. Now I have to scan and upload the contracts and it needs a little bit effort and takes time or a family edition could be good :)

Pros: I think it is very useful that the web application appears in full screen and does not move up and down with the mouse. The contract reminder feature is excellent. It is very good that it automatically recognizes the fields on the document loaded with AI. The free version supports 50 contracts. It is quite sufficient for small businesses. It was also very useful for us to sort the contracts by date and show the graph of future payments. Thus, we can control our money flow. With the contract type definition feature, any type of document can be uploaded. Very secure with 2FA
Cons: User management could have been more detailed. It could be integrated with google docs.

Overall: It is a good solution, and the cost is acceptable. It will cover mainly all repository requirements of small or medium-sized businesses, but it is not an A-to Z enterprise-level solution, it does not have integration and if you need workflow, approvals, and e-signature kind of features, it does not have but to save your contracts, organize them well, and reach them with details in a secure environment, it could be a perfect fit.
Pros: Colored warnings, an income-expense table, and a 12-month expense income table with company and amount details. reach to favorites, expiring contracts, and drafts with one click; many filtering options and customized filters; search function and reminder; discussion and activity menu.
Cons: Adding a contract is two steps; I prefer to have it in one single step.
