My husband is also using it personally and also professionally. Pros In Germany we are still getting a lot of documents by post. Collecting, sorting, finding them are not easy manually when you keep them just hard copy. So I store my personal documents with free version of contractsave and find them easily. I can categorise them and on some of them, I set basic reminder, so it is good to follow expiring contracts. Cons I do not have a complain as a basic user. Maybe an app could be useful, we can take photos and directly load to the system. It is designed in a way that even someone who is not tech-savvy can easily navigate through the platform. The dashboard is well-organized and all the essential features are easily accessible. Also, one more thing that i liked is that it provide a 15 days free trial which is enough to know how good is this tool for managing business related documents. Cons While the software offers a free trial, the paid plans can be quite expensive for small businesses or startups on a tight budget. Cons 20 Verträge reichen vorerst aus, aber ich möchte 50 haben. Es ist möglich, dieses Limit durch den Kauf zusätzlicher Pakete zu erhöhen, aber es können nur 100 Verträge gleichzeitig gekauft werden. Es ist zu groß und teuer.
