My husband is also using it personally and also professionally. Pros In Germany we are still getting a lot of documents by post. Collecting, sorting, finding them are not easy manually when you keep them just hard copy. So I store my personal documents with free version of contractsave and find them easily. I can categorise them and on some of them, I set basic reminder, so it is good to follow expiring contracts. Cons I do not have a complain as a basic user. Maybe an app could be useful, we can take photos and directly load to the system. It will cover mainly all repository requirements of small or medium-sized businesses, but it is not an A-to Z enterprise-level solution, it does not have integration and if you need workflow, approvals, and e-signature kind of features, it does not have but to save your contracts, organize them well, and reach them with details in a secure environment, it could be a perfect fit. Pros Colored warnings, an income-expense table, and a 12-month expense income table with company and amount details. reach to favorites, expiring contracts, and drafts with one click; many filtering options and customized filters; search function and reminder; discussion and activity menu. Cons Adding a contract is two steps; I prefer to have it in one single step. Reason for choosing contractSILO I considered and used many other alternatives which are directly competitor of contractSAVE or Enterprise level. Some of the products have better but not critically important functions but they are really expensive than contractSAVE and some of the direct competitors' functions are not really working well, so the contractSAVE has a good feature / price balance especially for Pro version. Also the contractSAVE has free personal version, it is limited feature but for me, saving my contract copies of my family it is enough. Review Source Emre O. I would be more happy with more flexibility and more features :) Pros Easy to use, not complicated and enough basic features. Cons Not many functions on free version, enough but not rich. We use it as a team. Pros I think it is very useful that the web application appears in full screen and does not move up and down with the mouse. The contract reminder feature is excellent. It is very good that it automatically recognizes the fields on the document loaded with AI. The free version supports 50 contracts. It is quite sufficient for small businesses. It was also very useful for us to sort the contracts by date and show the graph of future payments. Thus, we can control our money flow. With the contract type definition feature, any type of document can be uploaded. Very secure with 2FA Cons User management could have been more detailed. It could be integrated with google docs. Neither too complex nor too expensive. Contracts can be vital for a company and require some degree of attention and investment to be managed and to be followed. ContractSAVE may help on this way. Cons Yes it tries to solve some problems but it is missing some details. Creating account page is not easy and intuitive. If Germany is selected cities should be autocompleted. Password character requirements are not clear. You can enter numberless wrong password and no capchta. Some parts still in German even English is selected. Es ist keine Schulung erforderlich. Pros farbenfroh und einfach zu bedienen, außerdem ist es mit wenigen Klicks möglich, alles zu erreichen. Cons 20 Verträge reichen vorerst aus, aber ich möchte 50 haben. Es ist möglich, dieses Limit durch den Kauf zusätzlicher Pakete zu erhöhen, aber es können nur 100 Verträge gleichzeitig gekauft werden. Es ist zu groß und teuer.
