"Excellent for formula-based spreadsheet to email/slack automations."

Pros: Lido allows me to create automations based out of a Google Sheet, which means that I don't need to set up a CRM or an outbound automation or sequencing tool, dramatically reducing the overhead to sending greetings/automated messages to interested people who come via inbound.

Cons: A small nitpick: some of the nuances of how to expand formulas/automations didn't function as I expected. I've already given them this feedback though and they've taken it into account for future versions. The team is excellent at sourcing and addressing feedback/concerns.

"Flexible and Powerful IOT Integration Tool"

Overall: Very very possible. I give the IT support team the best score I can offer for what they can customize and how open they are to ideas that would improve their product even further.

Pros: The flexibility of being able to connection various different webapps/ webservices/ web functions and being able to use existing familiar tools to complete the task without needing to learn a new complicated tool

Cons: There's a bit of learning curve regarding the coding aspect of the Google Sheets and the tutorials sometimes jumps too quickly without showing the steps one by one.

Reasons for Choosing Lido: Lido has direct customer care that helped resolve the issues. Customized features was very flexible and the Lido Tech team is very good at taking recommendations

"Good support"

Overall: I learned a lot about automation a lot and it was fun

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was my tech support and he did a great job filling my needs for automation

Cons: It took a few tries to make the automation work

"From concept to launch is less than 24 hours!"

Overall: Great product that is superseded only by the people who develop and support it. Whether it is a question on how to implement a feature, troubleshooting an issue, or discussing new or improved functionality, the Lido team is always there to help. My hats off specifically to [sensitive content hidden]-- he is THE BEST!

Pros: I had the need to customize multiple communications to key stakeholders after a Google Form was submitted. Lido allowed me to create separate custom templates so that the right information was shared with the right people in near real time. From concept to a working product took me just a few hours! It's a powerful tool, but their online tutorials made it easy to implement.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve to implement and arrange your data, but that said, their tutorials are very well laid out an easy to understand which made the "hard part" of getting the application to do what you want fairly easy to accomplish.

"The Solution we didn't know we needed!"

Overall: Working with Lido have been a great experience and the team responds so quickly to any questions we have and are very accesible.

Pros: Lido has helped us be able to manage our accounts in a new and more effective way!

Cons: If you are not used to Excel formulas and functions, it may take you a second to understand what is needed but once you get it, it makes sense!
