Set up was easy and didn't take the team very long to get it going. Total integration time was less than a day. Pros Way faster for uploading a monthly calendar to Quiltt. Now our customers can send us a PDF of their existing calendar and we can get it uploaded in minutes. Cons Nothing. It works great. I can't believe we were entering these manually into Quiltt before we added Lido. Biggest pain point is locating the share link when using Google Drive and sometimes this link un-associates with Lido and has to be re-added for some reason. Using AI, it accurately parses data from a variety of layouts with only the very rare error. Sometimes pulls data from the wrong location or recognizes a numeral as something other than what it is. But, overall, it is amazing and accurate. Saves hours of time per week. Wish API access was available without paying an unbelievable amount of money to go up to the next subscription level. Pros Accurate extracting of data using AI no matter the layout of the page it is pulling data from. Easy setup, effective, and time saving. Integrates with common storage apps like Onedrive and Google Drive and can run independently when new data is present. Cons Have to pay an unbelievable amount in order to have API access. For a smaller company, this high fee isn't realistic. Wish there were a way to integrate with Quickbooks Online. We have to pay for a separate app to take the data Lido gathers and push it to Quickbooks. The batch size limitation added friction on a project of our scale, but it didn't take away from the core value of the product. Pros Before Lido, we were manually reviewing and extracting key information from legal documents one by one in Excel — an incredibly tedious process that was eating up hours of billable time. Lido completely changed that. We processed over 10,000 legal documents and it consistently pulled the right fields with impressive accuracy. The time savings were enormous — what would have taken weeks of manual data entry was done in a fraction of the time. The extraction logic is smart enough to handle the varied formatting you get across real-world legal docs, which was a huge relief. Cons The batch upload limit was a real bottleneck. You can only process a few dozen PDFs at a time, so with 10,000+ documents, I had to babysit the uploads in rounds for days. For a tool this powerful, a higher batch limit — or even an automated queue system — would make it significantly more practical for large-scale projects. Pros I was stunned when I saw the demo of my handwritten inventory sheet that I needed to type in the computer. It recognized most of the handwriting and save me days to get it in Excel. The interface was much simpler than 3 other highly recommended products. This is fantastic. Cons I haven't used it for a long period yet. I would have liked to see what the extracted data looks like ahead of time. We use it to automate invoice processing by forwarding invoices through email, extracting the data into CSV, and feeding that into a spreadsheet formatted for upload into our accounting software. It has helped reduce manual work, improve consistency, and make the process much more efficient. Setup was straightforward, and it has been easy to work with. Pros What I liked most about Lido is how easy it was to set up and use. It helped us automate a process that used to require much more manual data entry, copy/paste work, and spreadsheet formatting. It made our invoice workflow faster, more consistent, and less error-prone. Cons I haven’t had major issues with it, but I would like to see support for two-factor authentication for added security. April 15, 2026 5.0 I have really enjoyed using LIDO for my circulation needs in my library. It has helped me to effectively analyze my collection development to determine if it meets the needs of my readers and district. Pros My experience using LIDO has been amazing. It's ease of use was my first positive interaction. I found that it provided step by step support and each page on the dashboard had clear features that were familiar if you have ever interacted with Excel or Google Sheets. Using LIDO for data analysis and data management made my role as a Library Media Specialist more effective as I could easily run data for a quick peek at statistics. The performance and speed were impressive. I had expected the scan and download process to take longer than it did. LIDO is a great value for the money! Cons There's not a whole lot to not like about Lido. I only wish that there was a way it would allow me to download documents and interact with them infinitely without seeing them as additional documents each time. The window of creation for one document is brief. I did experience a moment where I created a document in a way the really drove home what I was trying to display with the data but to go back and change my previous documents to match my new layout meant LIDO saw previous downloads and new downloads therefore it counted against my count based on my plan. Lido allowed me to create separate custom templates so that the right information was shared with the right people in near real time. From concept to a working product took me just a few hours! Cons There is a bit of a learning curve to implement and arrange your data, but that said, their tutorials are very well laid out an easy to understand which made the "hard part" of getting the application to do what you want fairly easy to accomplish. Previously, I had a complicated google sheet that was pulling data from multiple online sources each day. Then I had a vendor that I needed to email DAILY to give a total from that spreadsheet. Lido allows me to connect to that google sheet, automate an email, and have the email send daily at the time I select. Its awesome and saves me at least 10 minutes daily. Which considering it took like an hour to set up, will pay off hugely over the course of the year. Pros I liked how simple it was to set up and how quickly all of my questions were answered by customer service. Cons It seems like a newer product, so there have been a few times I've run into issues that were easily fixable, just took some coding adjustment on the back end from them. Review Source Lishen L. December 7, 2023 5.0 Pros Lido allows me to create automations based out of a Google Sheet, which means that I don't need to set up a CRM or an outbound automation or sequencing tool, dramatically reducing the overhead to sending greetings/automated messages to interested people who come via inbound. Cons A small nitpick: some of the nuances of how to expand formulas/automations didn't function as I expected.
