Really really great team to work with, they are working getting new features added in and making it easier and more useful

Pros

Billing per tech, saving heaps of money for our customers and us Most other RMMs bill per agent Integration with PAX8, Huntress, CIPP, Screen Connect, Features being added weekly

Cons

Some things are still in beta and still be worked on timeframes unclear Reporting kinda sucks currently, this will be fixed with opening up API and new reporting.

A solid 5/5 which I can only say for 1-2 other products I use. I've used a lot of PSA/RMM's over the time and even though it's still not mature the features it does have certainly cover all the important bases for us.

Pros

The number of features and functionality without feeling like it's bloated is the number one thing about Gorelo. Gorelo is also the most responsive PSA/RMM I've delt with so far. The Team and support are also some of the best I've delt with so far being responsive and nearly always resolving my issues within 1-2 replies. I like that we've also been able to consolidate 3-4 other products by using Gorelo. This easily makes it the best value for money product that we are currently using without a doubt.

Cons

It's still a very young product making lots of changes and adding features. A downside to this is there are slightly more bugs than normal. That being said I am always signing up for Alpha and Beta testing so that may skew it. Being so young it may be missing features some large companies need. It was missing several things initially when we started but has filled everything since.

ConnectWise was just way to bloated and unintuitive to use. Needing to pay someone to just get it functional or put in long hours to get it working properly just wasn't good. Not to mention all the other issues everyone in the industry is aware of.
