A lot is done for you and plenty steps to ensure correct data has been entered etc. Pros Nxsys is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Queries are dealt with quickly from the support team. Cons i dont have any cons maybe more options for additional reports but the reports available can be filter to get any info needed for payroll/customer service. All our queries are dealt with quickly and the system itself is just very easy to use. Pros Nxsys gives our clients and workers access to real time information via a customer portal and a worker App, which we had branded. It's made bulk payroll processing very simple for us and allowed us to grow significantly without having to grow our team. Their Knowledgebase & Support Team are also very helpful and any new requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. New features are added regularly which continue to improve our service to our customers. Cons We are really satisfied with the system and would highly recommend it.
