Since Epicor acquisition, there has been a drop in level of support. Issues addressed much slower, if at all. Often response is that it doesn't work like that, when logically it should. More and more we are running into functional blocks. Would like to design our workflow one way, but the software, either can't or is too cumbersome to utilize.
