from set up to go live to even post - the system is simple but the support is next level - really appreciate that

Pros

Set up was easy, support was great, they cared to make sure we were successful instead of set up and then were on our own - that was great, the product is great too - NOT one complaint about this platform from customers

Cons

its not an app lol, there really are not any cons to this app8 system, the only thing i can think of is perhaps having generic images available until we were able to supply our own?

Overall experience after speaking with guests and my unit manager who handles the back end of the platform are very positive. Can not wait to see it in other units.

Pros

I really enjoy how easy it is for the customer to order, and for us to approve and complete the order seamlessly. Printing each order and having all pertinent info on one page is amazing as well!

Cons

At this point nothing at all. My leadership team feels we could add a bit more flare and color and images into the order landing page.

My over all experience is a 10/10. I would not be operating without them.

Pros

I love the commitment from all the people at all levels who "partner" with us to ensure our success. The service is above top shelf. The product is also innovative and constantly evolving, while keeping the basics in check. I am in the people and service business, I make a living doing that. The people at App8 are the same mindset. I love them.

Cons

I would like to see more access to the customization of the ordering platform. Making it a limb to our brand. More ability to add our own spin creatively. We are not able to to enough of that. Gift cards and frequency rewards could also use some development.

I would describe my overall experience with App8 as a dream come true. App8 as a solution(s) is what we've been looking for; App8 as a company, is a breath of fresh air. The future looks bright and promising

Pros

I'm a Strategy Manager who's task (amongst others) is to deploy App8 solutions at my enterprise's units. Although I have used the technology for testing purposes, I do not use it as a customer. My "Pros" would be the competence of the App8 team as a whole. Just to name a few: - Delivering a commitment when promised (or before the promised time) - Fast deployments - Speed at which support issues are attended to and resolved - Marketplace feature - Gift card feature - Bilingual product (French/English) - Customization (can be used as a white label app for the same cost) - Integrations

Cons

\-The UI/appearance of the app is basic. -As an enterprise, it would be nice to not only rely on App8 for software but also hardware - a one stop shop. Yes App8 doe offer hardware but not for enterprises who require enterprise grade hardware.

\- Ease of use for client and admin - Ability to real time update products

Cons

Can freeze if even a moment of interruption in internet access which causes orders to get stuck in que and not able to be cleared. I believe this is a bug that has been addressed now but was a problem.

Easy to input menus, support team is always available to answer any questions, ordering online seems easy for our guests.

unable to do some functions we would like but the support team usually has a work around until they can implement the fix.

It was easy to use in regards to looking at incoming orders and accepting it.

Cons

Searching past orders can be a bit confusing because you can't check the time of the past order or the pick up time. Also wish there was an automatic option for accepting orders instead of having to verify each order.

Like I said, I feel like a part of the family with them. They always make time for me and listen to me. They are incredible to work with, and I can't recommend them enough!

Pros

Not only is the platform easy to use and has everything you'll need, but the team at App8 are INCREDIBLE to deal with! They are friendly and professional, and they truly take a sincere interest in helping you create a system that works for you! They are constantly adding new features and expanding their reach, they make you feel valued, and they treat you like family.

Cons

Not really anything! Anytime I've asked for something that wasn't already a feature, they've either figured out a work around to ensure I have my needs met, or they build the feature (if it makes sense for other clients and the platform as a whole).
