Overall: Overall my company members and I are absolutely more than satisfied with Modisoft and how it has allowed us to improve our C-Stores in many ways.

Pros: What I love most about Modisoft is the ability to easily manage my price book and help me keep up with margins a lot better.

Cons: At first when I first started using Modisoft I absolutely disliked the customer service tech department but I have to say it is a day and night difference now and the customer service is great.

Reasons for Switching to Modisoft: At our company we always try new products to see if theres anything better out there that can help our business and that’s how we gave Modisoft a chance and have stuck with them since.

"Bang for the buck!"

Overall: Overall experience is great. Especially with the customer service team. This one guy that goes by the name of [sensitive content hidden] is an exceptional guy.

Pros: What we like about modisoft is that for $89 a month with no set up cost you literally get everything. No other company in the industry is this cheap and good. Another great thing is that if you want to add a feature in for your business. The modisoft team will personally look into it to add it on.

Cons: There is nothing we don’t like about modisoft.

"Best Back Office System!"

Overall: 10/10, great system that I truly recommend! It allows us to see all parts of our business under one roof.

Pros: I love how Modisoft is such an easy to use system. Their customer service is also unmatchable!

Cons: There are sometimes a few bugs and glitches that occur on the website.

"Efficient and Easy"

Pros: I like how it is efficient and easy to use. Our processes have been more time efficient in placing inventory orders, restocking our goods, and streamlining payments to service more customers

Cons: The processing time can always be faster

Reasons for Choosing Modisoft: We wanted to be progressive with our tech and we saw modisoft as an uprising product. The service team was helpful in installing our system we now use to track our sales and inventory
