Estamos en la etapa inicial por lo que todo ha sido muy estándar, hemos presentado errores donde los viajes de avansat no se reflejan en controlt por lo que seguimos dependiendo mucho de avansat.

Pros

Unifica todos los GPS y permite automatizar los informes.

Cons

No tienen un canal directo para atender los errores entre la interfaz de avansat y controlt.

Mi experiencia es la excelente atencion de todo el equipo de CONTROLT para la mejora de la integracion y eventos automaticos para una mejor trazabilidad de los vehiculos, asi mismo un mejor sistema de alarmas de seguridad para la antencion oportuna de novedades en ruta.

Cons

Falta mejorar el servicio de soporte este deberia ser un 24/7.

Es necesario aprender el uso del sistema porque algunas partes no son intuitivas.

Pros

La solución es muy completa con independencia de si eres una flota de transporte, un operador logístico, un retailer o un generador de carga.

Cons

Se puede mejorar la operación de algunas secciones que no se refrescan de forma automática y algunos términos que no se utilizan en el castellano (español)

Mi experiencia ha sido bastante enriquecedora y muy contento de que por medio de esta gran aplicación podamos tener una trazabilidad de manera efectiva de nuestra flota T1

Lo que más me ha gustado de Control T es el nivel de servicio y el tiempo de respuesta que tenemos con la empresa OriceLog

Cons

Por el momento ninguna, siempre que hemos tenido cualquier problema, el tiempo de respuesta es bastante rápido y la calidad del servicio se ha mantenido desde el día uno

Resalto que es una herramienta fácil de usar, fácil de implementar y que puede generar valor a las operaciones de transporte.

Pros

La integración de los diferentes proveedores de GPS en un solo tablero. La capacidad de crear alarmas y alertas para la seguridad de los transportadores, las empresas y los actores viales.

Cons

El módulo BI si bien es funcional y permite realizar análisis o exportar información. Considero que es un poco lento y básico.

Mi experiencia con control t ha sido muy buena, ya que maneja una plataforma muy amigable la cual facilita su interacción en todos los modulos que posee. Adicional control T esta en constante mejora e inovación de acuerdo a las necesidades del mercado.

Pros

Al tener bien parametrizado el sistema, puedo detectar novedades operativas a tiempo.

Cons

Que al no integrar algunos gps, no hay una condicional para excluir estos vehículos al momento de parametrizar una alarma nueva.
