Mein Erstkontakt hat mich sehr überzeugt und die gemeinsame Grundeinrichtung mit \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] hat wirklich keine Frage offen gelassen. Ebenso ist bei Fragen oder Problemen immer ein Ansprechpartner zu erreichen und die Antworten kommen schnell. Der Preis ist sehr fair und ich würde das Buchungssystem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Pros Die Kundenbetreuung ist hervorragend und persönlich! Alles bei Yolawo ist aufs Wesentliche reduziert, so dass Du jederzeit einen guten Überblick hast, aber nichts an Funktionen vermisst. Cons Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die ich vermisse, weil sie bei meinem vorherigen Buchungssystem anders waren. Zum Beispiel finde ich die App auf dem Handy in ihren Funktionen etwas zu einfach. Wenn ich jemanden am Tresen über mein Handy einbuchen möchte, dann ist dies schwierig und ebenso kann ich nicht sehen, ob der Teilnehmer für einen aktuellen Kurs schon bezahlt hat. Für die Funktionen bräuchte ich den Laptop und den habe ich nicht immer auf meinem Tresen. Da muss ich mich umgewöhnen. Auch ist die Verlinkung einzelner Workshoptermine per WhatApp nicht so schön, da Yolawo noch keine Bildlinks generiert und so nur der "reine" Link angezeigt wird, aber nicht das hinterlegte Veranstaltungsbild. Das ist etwas schade, da ich viel Werbung über meinen Status gemacht habe, aber dies nun etwas unprofessioneller aussieht als vorher (bei Fitogram).
