一度問題なく出来ていることが確認出来たら、ミスなく作業できているので、満足しています

Pros

画面上部のアイコンでの操作のしやすさ、やろうとすることに対して、分かりやすいです。

Cons

繰り返しなど、難易度が高い操作のテンプレートがあると嬉しい。 また、Excelなど併用した事例が見たい

導入前は決して安くない月額費用という印象でしたが、人間の作業スピードでは適うはずがない速度で様々なPC業務を様々なアプローチ方法で遂行してくれるので、軽減できた作業時間×時給換算した人件費の計算と照らし合わせると十分に元は取れているし手が付けられなかった業務を行う余裕もできて確実に利益創出に一役買っているなと感じます。

Pros

分かりやすい見た目とシンプルな操作によってプログラミングなどに精通していなくてもプログラム作成が可能な点

Cons

なぜエラーになったのかの追及に時間を要することがあること（「ブラウザの操作中に”予期せぬエラー”が発生しました」など）

現在4つのRPAツールを使っていますが、個人的には一番作っていて楽しいです。 はじめてRPAを使う、デスクトップアプリケーションをメインに使用するという方にはお勧めです！

Pros

サクサクと快適に作れるところ。 長いプログラムになってもタブごとに整理できること。 カスタマーサクセスのサポートが手厚いこと。 ExcelやWEBを使った繰り返し操作は初めて見た時感動しました。

Cons

Googleへログインがはじかれてしまう(多くのツールで同様ですが) スプレッドシートなどを直接操作したいというニーズには対応できない。 ※Googleドライブのデスクトップ版をダウンロードしてExcel形式で保存すると操作できますが、、、

初めてのRPA導入でしたが、丁寧なサポートのおかげで大きく躓くことなくロボットの作成とその後の稼働・社内展開を進められています。 細かなアップデートに伴い初心者向けのガイドも充実しており、PCスキルがある程度ある人であれば、自身でガイドを見るだけでロボット作成に取り組めるなど「わかりやすく」「易しい」RPAでないかと思います。 作成においてわからない点を質問するとすぐに回答が返ってくるなど、担当者の方のサポートの手厚さも安心でした。

Pros

操作がわかりやすく、慣れやすく使いやすいです。 また、丁寧なサポートが有難く、最初のロボット作成においてしっかりと伴走支援していただいたおかげで、2回目からはすぐに作成を内製化することができました。

Cons

Webブラウザ操作・画像認識などで一部動作がうまく行かない時や、原因不明のエラーでスケジュール通りにロボットが稼働していないことがあります。 エラー時のログをより簡単に確認することができたらと思います。

業務プロセスを録画して動作履歴を元にロボットを作成するRPAだと、正確性と精度が落ちてしまう懸念があったため、コマンド設定でロボット作成できるRPAに決めた。

直感的で使いやすい画面設計や、エクセル連携やWebサイト自動操作などの多彩な機能がオプションなしで利用できる点が非常に魅力的です。また、迅速なサポート対応と導入後の手厚い支援体制により、導入初期から安心して利用できる点も優れています。一部機能連携に改善の余地はあるものの、継続的なアップデートへの期待が高まる優秀な製品です。

Pros

約2年ほど使用して感じた良いポイントは以下です。 ・画面がシンプルで直感的なため、特別な説明がなくてもすぐに活用できます。 ・エクセル連携やWebサイトの自動操作など、多彩な機能をオプションなしで利用可能で　す。 ・手厚いサポート体制があり、導入後の構築支援も非常に充実しています。 ・チャットでの質問に迅速に対応してもらえるため、スムーズに問題を解決できます。

Cons

ブラウザのバージョンアップにより、Web自動操作でエラーが発生する場合があります。特に、業務に大きな影響を及ぼす作業を登録している場合は注意が必要です。ただし、迅速に修正対応が行われるため、長期間使用できなくなる心配はありません。 また、Google Driveとの自動連携が現時点では未対応のため、今後は他製品とのSaaS連携機能の拡充を期待したいところです。

Pros

他RPAに比べ、動作が非常に軽くサクサク動作している。 起動時のもたつきや、起動終了後のもたつきを引きずるような動きもない。また、ライセンス管理も非常に楽であった。

Cons

既存RPAからの移行を想定していたが、有料でも構わないので移行をまるまる引き受けてくれるようなサービスがあればよかったと思う。 経営層は既存RPAとBizteX robopを同時に支払うことにはあまり理解がないため、移行は現場レベルでは難しいと判断されると思う。

Pros

会計ソフトでの月に1度の会計伝票入力をrobopによりRPA化しました。 今までは300件以上の伝票を手入力しており、およそ2～3時間かかっていました。 月に1度の作業とはいえ、業務の立て込むタイミングでのこの作業は負担でした。 これをrobopによりRPA化できたことで、それまで入力作業に充てていた時間を有効活用できるようになりました。 何より手入力の際にあった入力ミスといったヒューマンエラーが発生しないという点もうれしいです。 今回初めてrobopに触れましたが、robop初心者の私でもアイコンなど直感的に操作ができました。

Cons

全くの初心者からすると、robopを用いた業務のRPA化と聞くだけでハードルが高く感じてしまいます。（私の職場でもPCに不慣れな方が抵抗感を感じているようでした） robop内で使用されている用語の説明を易しくしていただけると、そのハードルも下がるのではないかと思います。

Pros

社内で他のアプリケーションを導入したが、普及が進まなかったことがありました。（過去の話であり詳細は不明） robopについてはGUIもわかりやすく直感的に操作できるためプログラムの作成がしやすいです。

Cons

プログラムの動きを把握しやすいようにするため、参照用のフローチャートを表示させるような画面が追加されるとよりよくなるかと思います。

ロボップを駆使してやっとの思いで日々の業務を効率化したが、新しいスタッフにしてみると、自動化された状態が当たり前という認識でいるので、作業自動化を行うということは末恐ろしいことだと感じてます。

Pros

慣れないスタッフを励ましつつ親身になって、作成を指導してくれました。サポートがなければ、ここまでちゃんとできなかったでしょう。

Cons

画像認識での自動化がエラーになりやすい。最後まで完了しないことが度々ありその度に再度起動し直している。

Pros

RPA作成の難易度が低いため、初心者でも比較的感覚的にシナリオの構築ができる場合が多い。また、わからないことがある場合のサポート体制も整っており、こころづよい。

Cons

1端末でシナリオ実行が重ねられない。一つのシナリオが想定よりも時間がかかるときに、次のシナリオにスケジュールがかぶってしまうと実行されない。
